Job Description

Coordinate, assign and supervise the work of specialized livestock workers, farm machinery operators, livestock labourers, maple syrup and harvesting labourers

Moving products in winter months and help prepare for shipment

Supervise and oversee breeding and other livestock-related programs

Ensuring that the farm is clean and help ensure that equipment is well taken care of

Supervise, monitor and enforce procedures to maintain animal and crop health and welfare

Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations such as grains

Tapping tree in all weather conditions

Supervise maintenance of infrastructure, equipment, and supplies

Ensure farm safety and procedures are followed

May perform general farm duties

Cedarline Greenhouses is a 16.5acre pepper greenhouse seeking energetic full-time employees.

Job Details Include:

- Monday - Friday and often Saturdays although some Saturdays are optional

- Hot/Humid Environment

- Demand for quality and quantity

- Repetitive work which can involve bending and twisting to complete pruning/wrapping, clipping, de-leafing, picking, and packing.
