As an Artificial Lift Field Operator at Weatherford, you will be responsible for the safe and accurate installation and maintenance of pumping units. You will work under the guidance of a supervisor, following work instructions to service oilfield equipment, including dismantling, repairing, and assembling. This role requires travel to well site locations and the ability to troubleshoot performance issues with our product line.
**Requirements**
+ Mechanically inclined with strong interpersonal and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and interact with customers regarding equipment servicing
+ Willingness to work on any oilfield equipment and follow set work instructions from binders and computers

Reporting to the Senior Production Foreman, the successful candidate will operate gas compressors, condensate stabilization facilities, high pressure multi well pads and plunger lift systems. The schedule is 8 days on, 6 days off and applicants must be willing to be on-call while on shift and reside in Rocky Mountain House or surrounding areas.

The successful candidate will be local to the area and will have the option of working an 8/6 or 4/3 shift. Local candidates with field operating experience (ideally midstream related), and familiarity with crude, condensate and NGL are encouraged to apply. Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Complete assignments safely, efficiently and in an environmentally conscious manner by observing generally accepted company and industry safety practices
- Operate and maintain equipment and Company assets
- Operate & maintain accurate metering integrity on both custody transfer and integrity LVP and HVP meters as required to meet Company and industry standards
- Assist on meter prover water draws to ensure that provers are measuring volumes accurately
- Perform all operational duties when required on both LVP and HVP products
- Maintain clean pipelines by launching, receiving pipeline pigs
- Perform sampling of all products, test density, temperature, BS&W and RVP if required
- Maintain and ensure that facilities and pipeline equipment are maintained to Corporate standard

- Participate in and perform all duties required in compliance with Corporate SES standards, regulatory requirements and industry accepted best practices

Job qualifications include:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent;
