What You’ll Do
  • Deploy Limelight’s FP&A platform for clients, configuring models, templates, and reporting structures to match business needs.

  • Partner with client finance teams to replace spreadsheets with scalable automation , ensuring accurate, consistent, and real-time planning.

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis projects across revenue, Opex, workforce, and Capex planning.

  • Deliver insights on KPIs and business drivers that guide executive decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted advisor, presenting financial and operational insights clearly to finance leaders and stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For
  • 2–4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Fusion Finance modules, upgrades, and migrations with a strong focus on finance processes.

• Mentor junior consultants and collaborate in the development of best practices.

• Develop knowledge of the various services delivered by the firm so that potential sales opportunities are identified.

• Participate in practice development initiatives (recruiting, methodology, trade booth participation etc.)

Requirements for success

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.

• Should have a minimum of 6 ~ 8 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

• Should have worked in at least 3 ~ 4 full life cycle implementation experiences with at least two of the implementations on Oracle Finance, including Fusion modules.

• Strong background in financial accounting, including financial reporting, and reconciliation.

• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable & Expense, Accounts Receivable & Collection, Fixed Assets, Cash Management and Tax.

• Hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Oracle Fusion Finance modules.

• Solid understanding of finance integrations within Oracle Fusion Cloud.

• Strong ability to gather business requirements and configure solutions based on client needs.

• Ability to work independently and lead client engagements from solution design through post-go-live support.

• Proven track record of successful project delivery in complex, multi-functional Oracle Cloud implementations.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work directly with clients, senior stakeholders, and technical teams.

• Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance certifications are a plus.

• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud and integration with Oracle SCM Cloud, Oracle Inventory, Oracle Manufacturing and/or Oracle Projects modules.

Reporting to one of our SAP Finance Team Managers, the SAP Finance Consultant, is a member of Talan's SAP Finance team and is an essential partner in the digital transformation of our clients. 

As an SAP Finance Consultant, you bring proven expertise in designing and optimizing financial models on S/4HANA Finance, with a particular focus on Public Cloud implementations. You play a key role in the different project phases, from design to integration with logistics modules and post-delivery support. Your ability to transform client needs into concrete and effective solutions is an asset to our team and our clients. 

Your mission consists of: 

A. Business Knowledge 

  • Contribute to the design and optimization of financial models on S/4HANA Finance, with proven experience in Public Cloud implementations. 
  • Master SAP financial modules (FI/CO, S/4HANA Finance, Public Cloud) and participate in the design and optimization of financial models that meet client requirements. 

B. Collaboration and Team Spirit

  • Participate in functional workshops with client finance teams to understand their needs and processes. 
  • Collaborate closely with logistics and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of financial solutions. 

C. Knowledge Sharing

Qualifications

Job Description

As the **Manager, Risk Management** you will be part of the **Vendor Information Risk Management** team and conduct assessments on information security controls. In this role, you will measure the effectiveness of the security controls, identify control gaps, and provide business advice and guidance on the various IT risks and/or contract gaps associated with the supplier.
This is an **individual contributor** position based out of the **Toronto, ON or Waterloo, ON** office with a **hybrid** work arrangement (3 days in office).
**Position Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for Information Security risk assessments of new and existing vendors. Reviews include IT Controls, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery controls, Subcontractor reviews.
+ Assist with the establishment and completion of risk control assessments of internal information systems and functions
+ Provide and exhibit an expert understanding of specific technical concepts and solutions
+ Research and investigate independently new issues and innovations to maintain currency of technical expertise
+ Identify problems, propose then execute solutions
+ Perform contract reviews working with Legal, as appropriate
+ Collaborate with key vendors, partners and other teams
+ Assist with metrics creation and reporting
+ Improve current processes adding value and efficiencies
+ Perform site visits of vendors as required - virtually.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 5 to 7 years of IT work experience, including 2 to 3 years IT auditing or equivalent experience
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent
+ CISA is required
+ CRISC or CISSP preferred but not required
+ Excellent organization and planning abilities
+ Understanding of IT controls, audit and risk management
+ Ability to present to and work with all levels of management
+ Ability to handle complex issues
+ Proven ability to quickly and easily adapt to changes within the business and organization
+ Able to explain and bring business specific context to key IRM principles
+ Understands constraints that impact specific operations and decisions in their immediate area, business and/or division
+ Ability to Identify the big picture of interrelationships and dependencies
+ Ability to balance competing demands with little management direction/support
+ Ability to manage high Visibility and high-risk consequences
+ Effective communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
