- We are seeking an experienced institutional investment manager to join our investment consulting team and play a leading role in the further growth and development of our investment consulting practice in Canada.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for providing investment advisory solutions and services to clients including corporate and multi-employer pension plans, endowments/foundations, private counsel operations, and wealth management programs.
- Areas of expertise include investment consulting, portfolio management, investment research, investment product design, and business development in the Canadian marketplace.

The Role:
- The successful candidate will have a demonstrated investment consulting experience with pension funds, benefit funds, and wealth management organizations. Areas of subject matter expertise include:
- institutional investment consulting, investment markets, strategies, and structuring, and relevant investment managers and sources;
- portfolio asset allocation, risk, compliance, performance attribution, and operational projects;
- developing, educating, managing, and mentoring other team members.

- Fifteen or more years of relevant investment advising/consulting experience with institutional asset owners.
- CFA designation.
- CIM designation
- Qualified experience for the OSC portfolio manager registration.
- High ethical and professional standards.

Responsabilités:
Analyser les besoins d’affaires des clients et les traduire en solutions fonctionnelles dans D365 F&O, module Finance.
Participer à toutes les phases des projets d’implantation : analyse, conception, configuration, tests, formation et mise en production.
Configurer et personnaliser le module Finance : comptabilité générale, comptes clients/fournisseurs, immobilisations, gestion de trésorerie, budgets, clôtures, etc.
Élaborer et maintenir la documentation fonctionnelle (spécifications, guides utilisateurs, procédures).
Accompagner les utilisateurs finaux dans la prise en main de la solution (formations, support post-déploiement).
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes techniques (développeurs, architectes) pour assurer l'intégration et la cohérence des solutions.
Assurer une veille fonctionnelle et technologique sur les nouveautés du module Finance de D365 F&O.
Contribuer à l’amélioration continue des processus internes et à la gestion du changement chez les clients.
Job Summary:
As a Functional Consultant specializing in the Finance module of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), you will play a key role in the implementation, optimization, and support of financial processes for our clients. Acting as a bridge between technical teams and business users, you will ensure the delivery of a robust ERP solution aligned with the client’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions within D365 F&O – Finance module.
Participate in all project phases: analysis, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.
Configure and customize core financial functionalities such as general ledger, accounts receivable/payable, fixed assets, cash and bank management, budgeting, and period closing.
Develop and maintain functional documentation (specifications, user guides, procedures).
Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption.
Work closely with technical teams (developers, architects) to ensure integration and solution consistency.
Stay up to date with the latest features and best practices in the Finance module of D365 F&O.

QualificationsProfil recherché:
Baccalauréat en comptabilité, finance, systèmes d’information ou domaine connexe.

10 years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, with full implantation projects on Microsoft D365 F&O – Finance module.
Solid understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
Experience leading or participating in full-cycle ERP implementations.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance certification is a strong asset.
CPA title is an asset.
Bilingual (French/English) is often required depending on client location.
