Your new role As Finance Director, you support and guide the board in key financial decisions, drive commercial performance and improve efficiencies in the business and manufacturing sites. You will be working on commercial contracts, pricing and tenders. You will take ownership of group consolidations, forecasting, and financial reporting across the business. You’ll oversee budgeting and performance analysis, ensuring financial clarity and strategic alignment. You will lead and develop a team.
Your remit will also include tax and treasury management, while playing a key role in commercial decision-making—supporting investments, acquisitions, and new product launches.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, and act as a trusted business partner. You’ll also manage relationships with auditors, banks, and tax advisors, ensuring compliance and financial integrity.
What you'll need to succeed You’ll be a qualified Accountant Finance Leader (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with proven commercial experience in FMCG, retail, or manufacturing.

**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Finance Director, you will assist with developing and managing of all departmental finance functions.
This job is part of the Financial Strategy and Operations job function. They are responsible for maintaining accounting, financial, and reporting policies and controls.
**What You'll Do:**

**What You'll Need:**
+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
+ Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations, and handle problems.
+ Leadership skills to set, manage and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple departments results within a function.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Expert organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
+ Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
