Rally Enterprises & Communications Corp. (Rally) is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Manager of Finance. Reporting to the CFO, the Manager of Finance will be primarily focused on the accounting month end close cycle to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting. As part of a dynamic Finance team, the Manager of Finance will also support periodic financial planning and analysis.

Responsibilities
- Team oversight: provides day-to-day oversight and guidance to the Finance team.
- Month-end Close: Performs month-end procedures including GL entries, account reconciliations, production of financial statements and lender covenant reports, and preparation of monthly internal reporting packages.
- Banking: Supports the accurate recording and reconciliation of daily banking activities including acting as an approver for payments and bank transfers.
- Reporting and analysis: Works with the CFO to coordinate the annual budgeting process and address ad-hoc analysis requests.
- Collaborate: works with operations teams to support the development of key reporting systems and identify process improvements.
- Audit and Compliance: Ensures the maintenance of organized and accurate supporting documentation as part of the internal control framework.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3+ years of senior experience performing accounting close processes and supporting financial reporting
- Hands on working knowledge of general ledger accounting systems.
- Previous experience in the Telecommunications sector an asset.
- CPA designation and/or a degree in Business, Finance or Accounting is preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (IFRS).
- Strong Excel skills.
- Proficient with ERP software.
- Collaborative and enjoy contributing and working as a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented company.
