Your role:
- Deliver high-quality financial planning services to clients
- Collaborate with our strategic partners & wealth management firms
- Assist in sourcing client opportunities and manage client relationships.
- Develop and foster referral source relationships
- Service high net-worth Family Office clients.
- Actively mentor and coach staff, fostering their professional growth and development.
What you bring to the table:
- CFP qualification.
- 2-3+ years of experience developing financial plans independently and with little supervision.
- Experience dealing with clients on all aspects of completing a financial plan.
- Experience in a client-facing role at a bank or wealth management firm would be ideal
- Proven ability to develop business with an existing network of clients and/or referral sources.

Total rewards:The salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000 annually.
