Your Job
Design and price custom derivatives structures tailored to the hedging and investment needs of institutional clients, including but not limited to custom pay-off profiles and novel risk management strategies across multiple asset classes (equities, commodities, fixed income, currencies).
Execute and manage trades, ensuring optimal performance and risk management.

This role reports to a Managing Director in the Financial Products trading team. Basic Requirements
Completed a graduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field. Other degrees (Actuarial Sciences, Engineering, etc.) may be considered
Proven experience (7+ years) in delta 1, equity derivatives trading or related field, with a focus on custom and complex hedging solutions and/or risk management for counterparties.
Demonstrated expertise in designing bespoke pay-off structures and executing multi-layered trades.
Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a strong command of relevant pricing models and risk systems.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to cultivate meaningful client relationships and work effectively with internal partners.
Proficiency with Excel, VBA, and Python required
