Day in the life of a Financial Sales Representative:
- Engage with Customers: Conduct outbound calls or receive inbound inquiries to assist customers with pre-approved personal loan options tailored to their financial needs.
- Drive Sales: Leverage phone-based interactions to maximize revenue through cross-selling opportunities, while focusing on customer satisfaction.
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Ensure every customer interaction is a positive experience by providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries with empathy and efficiency.
- Identify and Resolve Needs: Quickly assess customer needs and provide effective solutions, taking ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
- Meet Sales Goals: Consistently achieve and maintain sales targets, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
What we are looking for :
- 1 year experience working in an outbound customer service or sales roles is preferred
- Financial services background is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Full time availability to work in our Pickering, ON head office
Additional Requirements for Internal Candidates:
- Must have been in your current role for 9 months.
- Have the endorsement / support of your current manager.
- Must not be currently under corrective action or within 6 months of any previous corrective action.
- Must be achieving or exceeding the required level of individual performance in your current role.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM with occasional Saturday work

A day in the life of a Bilingual Financial Sales Representative:
- Manage outbound calls and follow-ups to new and existing applicants via telephone and email
- Accurately submit & process loan applications into underwriting system
- Ability to work in a fast paced/high volume environment and multitasking
- Upselling additional valuable product
- Ensure optimum servicing to our existing applicant base by promptly and accurately responding to customer inquiries on complex multiple inquiries
- Comply with outlined policies and procedures (i.e., privacy protection, AML) when servicing clients and performing account maintenance;
- Collaborate with Sales leadership to develop and continuously improve the business unit
- Responsible for achieving and maintaining monthly sales targets
What we are looking for:
- Sales experience over the phone in a call center environment considered an asset
- Working knowledge of Loans and Financial Service Products is desirable
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent active listening/Strong ability to deliver information and selling our product
- Self-motivated with high energy and target driven personality
