**About The Role**
As a **Wealth Management & Insurance Planning Specialist** , you will play a vital role in growing and retaining HUB's client portfolios. In this position, you'll have the opportunity to take over and expand upon an existing client base from HUB's established book(s) of business. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and nurturing current client relationships, offering financial planning and risk management advice, and establishing new connections both within and beyond your existing portfolio.
**What You'll Do**
+ Initiate proactive communication with existing clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure their financial needs are met
+ Cultivate new client relationships by identifying potential clients and demonstrating the value of our services
+ Offer comprehensive financial planning services that encompass insurance and investment strategies.
+ Analyze clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to tailor personalized financial plans.
+ Complete insurance and investment applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Execute various financial transactions and trades on behalf of clients with precision and timeliness.
+ Identify potential areas for portfolio growth and propose suitable strategies to clients
+ Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.
+ Continuously enhance expertise in insurance, mutual funds, segregated funds, GIA's, annuities and other financial products to provide the best advice to clients.
**What You'll Need for Success**
+ Certified Life Insurance Agent (completion of LLQP)
+ Mutual Fund licensed
+ In-depth knowledge of segregated funds, mutual funds, GIA's, annuities, and life insurance products
+ Advanced financial planning knowledge and experience
+ Positive attitude, approachable and engaging
+ Reliable and responsive to customer service inquiries/needs
+ Clear written and oral communication skills; can express a concept clearly and concisely
+ Demonstrates competence using MS Office, CRM, and planning software(s)

**Department Overview**
Private Wealth Management (PWM) provides high-net worth and ultra-high-net client segments with holistic discovery and planning towards customized advice and solutions. Based on the commitment to discovering and achieving what truly matters to each client, they bring a distinct discovery process and an integrated, team-based approach to build a wealth strategy that reflects each client's unique needs. Team members collaborate closely with each other to fully franchise the client while delivering the full spectrum of TD Wealth Services, Private Investment Advice, Private Investment Counsel, Private Banking, Private Trust, Wealth Advisory and Insurance Services.
The Advice Journey & Enablement team is responsible for the design and delivery of solutions across PWM and our Financial Planning (FP) Advice businesses to drive our business forward. This team enables all stages of the client and relationship manager lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, servicing, pricing, products and services, managed solutions, work enablement, and leader engagement.
**Accountabilities**
Reporting to the VP, Executive Journey Product Owner, Advice Journey & Enablement, the Senior Manager, Business Integration role a requires a highly analytical, strategic problem solver, with a combination of strong P&L understanding / scenario planning, relationship management, and business acumen.
This role will be responsible for the following within Private Wealth Management:
+ Owns integrated initiative planning and pan-PWM change calendar / field capacity planning.
+ Consolidation of P&L management planning across PWM Strategy & Solutions.
+ Identify trends, opportunities and potential challenges in the P&L and determine options to progress.
+ Lead the relationship with Finance on medium term outlook and fiscal plan formation.
+ Lead the relationship with Wealth National Office partners from Business Management and Strategy.
+ Lead and support the planning of strategic initiatives across PWM.
+ Prepare and delivery executive level presentations and reports.
The Senior Manager will build and lead a team of professionals and set the team's direction based on strategic priorities and lead the team to deliver with excellence by:
+ Setting a persuasive vision and inspire team to engage
+ Setting ambitious goals and pursue innovate solutions to complex problems.
+ Supporting employees in their personal and professional performance development through regular coaching and feedback.
+ Creating and fostering a cohesive team and promote a positive work environment with open communication and the sharing of experiences and/or knowledge.
+ Participate in Action Planning meetings for TD Pulse.
The Senior Manager will also work closely with partners across PWM (including PIA/PIC, PB, HNW Experience, PT, WAS, E&T), and engage with Financial Planning, Direct Investing, Wealth National Office, Finance, AI2 and Platform teams as needed.
This role will also require direct engagement with the SVP and Head of Private Wealth Management so the applicable candidate must possess executive level written and verbal communication skills.
**Required Education and/or Accreditation**
+ Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration or Commerce. MBA would be an asset.
+ Previous experience in Private Wealth Management (Advice), Private Banking, and/or Product Management would be an asset.

+ Strong business and financial acumen with exceptional analytical skills -ability to quickly absorb information on a variety of complex issues (financial and non‐financial) and provide insights on key issues and prepare presentations on findings
