More specifically you will: * Develop the fleet strategy that aligns with the overall business strategy to achieve optimal results * Ensure fleet management’s organization size, structure, roles, and responsibilities meet the business needs through a centralized model * Develop strong relationships with the key senior stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment * Develop and lead long term asset and capital strategy plan * Effectively manage fleet costs by coordinating acquisitions with category teams and procurement centre of excellence for competitive bidding on major categories and annual supplier performance reviews * Implement preventative maintenance intervals and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements * Oversee annual training certification for requisite staff and address training needs raised by clients * Ensure compliance with Environmental health and safety requirements * Scheduling of technician, equipment, and equipment location * Establish and manage fleet compliance scorecards * Ensure vehicle assets are monitored for utilization * Establish and monitor KPI’s to manage fleet with a monthly scorecard * Ensure Fleet Management Information System integrates with Enterprise Resource Planning, Global Information Systems, Global Positioning Systems and future integration for mobile technology exists * Create a roadmap to ensure all technology platforms are integrated with ERP and Work Management Systems Here are a few of the things you’ll be trying to achieve: * Significantly impact bottom-line performance (total cost of the fleet), staff engagement and establish fleet policies, procedures, structures, and technology with significant freedom in development and implementation * Results impact the department and business units, in particular, Operations * Set Standards for fleet management across the organization * Accountable for regulatory related compliance, as well as asset performance Besides the operational aspects of this role, you’ll also need to collaborate and make authentic connections with our management team; using a set of shared interests and values, you’ll develop trust, and encourage buy-in and commitment for new strategies and initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Facility Opening & Morning Operations
- Oversee and perform the daily opening of the facility, ensuring operational readiness.
- Dispatch drivers using Elite routing software, updating routes or contacting drivers as needed.
- Respond to vehicle or driver issues, including reloading, unloading, or rerouting trucks as needed.
- Conduct vehicle checks and support troubleshooting; coordinate repairs and safety scheduling with leasing companies.
- Move vehicles around the yard as needed for unloading and loading deliveries.
- Operate a forklift to move products and or load a truck.
- Serve as the company's point person for inventory investigations and verifications prior to 9:30 AM.

- Maintain communication with drivers and monitor route progress.
- Ensure drivers complete inspections, logbooks, and follow procedures.

- Investigate IBT variances and report root causes to relevant staff.
- Verify inventory for Inside/Outside Sales teams and communicate findings.
Interdepartmental Communication & Collaboration
- Collaborate with other supervisors and departments to address driver, customer, or vendor issues.
- Participate in regular team meetings and promote a collaborative environment.
- Foster collaborative and problem solving demeanor amongst departments.
Customer & Vendor Relations
- Foster professional, solution-focused communication with customers and vendors.
- Resolve customer concerns, address missed deliveries or order issues, and ensure accurate, timely responses.
- Escalate unresolved vendor problems (e.g., shipping errors, packaging concerns, delays) to management.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers.

- Forums sur la transformation auxquels participe le chef de projet.
Activités principales
Opérations de la flotte et focal clients
- Assurer la direction, l'orientation, l'encadrement et le soutien de l'équipe chargée des opérations de la flotte et des clients,
- Gérer les différents canaux de communication avec nos clients sur les questions relatives à l'ensemble de la flotte. En particulier, gérer le symposium des clients, les FRM et coprésider le forum FAIR,
- Assurer la communication de la flotte avec les clients et servir de point d'entrée aux CSD pour les questions en service relatives à l'A220,
- Superviser les performances de la flotte pour chaque client, y compris les performances FHS,
- Définir la fréquence et le format de rapport de la communication aux clients,
- Définir, en accord avec les lignes directrices S & C, l'échelonnement des clients A220, ce qui déterminera la fréquence et le format de la communication avec ces clients, mais aussi le niveau de soutien fourni.
Responsabilité globale de l'avancement des MISPs (Major In-Service Problem) et point focal au comité de la gestion du changement pour le Service à la Clientèle
- Responsable de l'avancement des dossiers MISP et responsable de bout en bout de la résolution des dossiers MISP relevant de la compétence de votre chapitre ATA,
- Responsable des principaux indicateurs de performance du MISP, en particulier de l'indicateur de performance du temps nécessaire pour obtenir une réparation (TTGF),
- Par délégation de Ho, président des examens Pre-OS/OS (surveillance opérationnelle) et représentera le service clientèle dans les différents comités de changement, en particulier le CCB (comité de contrôle des changements)
- Diriger la collecte des déclarations d'impact auprès de toutes les parties prenantes du service client A220 afin de s'assurer que tous les impacts en service sont correctement évalués et documentés en tant que contribution au comité de contrôle des changements,
- Le cas échéant, agir en tant que délégué habilité du chef du support de programme dans les comités de changement (LB, EB, CCB),
- Définir et aligner la stratégie globale en cours de service pour tous les changements présentés au comité des changements,
- En coordination avec le chef de la planification des activités et de la gouvernance, définir le budget nécessaire et le gérer pour toutes les activités liées à la performance de la flotte et au soutien des programmes,
- Établir et maintenir une solide relation de collaboration avec les fournisseurs A220, en particulier dans l'analyse des causes profondes des problèmes en service et la définition de solutions techniques.
Incorporation de la solution
- Élaborer la stratégie d'incorporation du bulletin de service (SB) dans la flotte (en tenant compte de la stratégie d'attribution, de la détermination des unités de semences nécessaires et des conditions commerciales globales du bulletin de service),
- Veiller à ce que les bulletins de service soient publiés le plus tôt possible et, pour les articles MISP, éventuellement indépendamment des POE, afin de garantir une incorporation rapide des bulletins de service dans la flotte en service,
- Contrôler l'élaboration, la publication et l'incorporation des bulletins de service, en mettant particulièrement l'accent sur les éléments du MISP et du maintien de la navigabilité (CARB),
- Obtenir le soutien de SATAIR, de l'équipe de gestion de l'approvisionnement en service et de l'équipe de gestion du rééquipement pour trouver une solution à l'incorporation (kitting, pièces de rechange, etc.), et organiser des réunions régulières sur le rééquipement de la flotte afin d'examiner les problèmes rencontrés,
- Par délégation de Ho, présider et diriger le SBCB ou l'équivalent A220.
Portefeuille de la satisfaction des clients
- Sur délégation du support du programme Ho, gérer le portefeuille de développement continu (y compris le budget) réservé à la résolution des problèmes en service par le biais de demandes de changement,
- Valider que la demande de changement appartient au portefeuille de la satisfaction du client, prioriser les demandes de changement,
- Contrôler les dépenses budgétaires par rapport à l'AOP et prendre des mesures en cas d'écart.
Gestion des clients
- Gérer la relation et la stratégie de communication pour le portefeuille de clients en ce qui concerne les performances spécifiques de la flotte A220 de ces clients,
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le directeur des opérations de la flotte et des clients et le directeur de la transformation pour harmoniser la communication avec les clients du point de vue du format et de la fréquence des rapports.
Dimensions
Le titulaire du poste contribuera de manière décisive à la réalisation de l'une des trois principales priorités de l'A220, à savoir l'amélioration des performances de la flotte, grâce à ses actions dans les domaines suivants :
S'engager rapidement dans l'évaluation et l'investigation des problèmes techniques afin de les introduire - le cas échéant - dans le processus de « résolution des problèmes de la flotte » et d'atteindre l'objectif de résolution du MISP A220,
- Déployer rapidement des mesures d'atténuation efficaces (procédures de maintenance/réparation, procédures opérationnelles pour les équipages de vol/de cabine, pièces de rechange supplémentaires des fournisseurs ou pièces exclusives d'AIRBUS, informations aux clients) afin d'éviter qu'ils ne se produisent ou de minimiser leur impact opérationnel,
- Suivre de près les performances de la flotte en service et définir/maintenir le plan d'actions associé aux performances de la flotte,
- Mettre en œuvre des solutions en service afin d'améliorer les performances de la flotte (flotte A220 et flottes individuelles des clients),
Sur toutes ces dimensions, l'orientation et les décisions prises par le titulaire du poste auront un impact significatif sur la satisfaction du client et la réalisation des objectifs de performance de la flotte du programme.

Le poste requiert une capacité à s'interfacer de manière crédible avec les cadres supérieurs du client (par exemple, les vice-présidents techniques et de maintenance des grandes compagnies aériennes) et le titulaire du poste bénéficiera d'une visibilité importante au sein de la communauté des compagnies aériennes,
- Le programme comprendra ~450 avions en service à la fin de 2025 parmi 20-30 opérateurs, dans le monde entier,

Main activities
Customer Fleet Operations & Customers focal
- Provide leadership, guidance, coaching and support to the Fleet Operations & Customers team,
- Manage the various channels of communication with our customers on fleet wide issues. In particular, manage the Customer Symposium, the FRMs and co-chair the FAIR forum,
- Responsible for the fleet communication to Customer and act as the entry point for CSDs on in-service questions related to the A220,
- Fleet performance oversight per Customer, inclusive of the FHS performance,
- Define the frequency and reporting format of the communication to customers,
- Define, in alignment with S & C guidelines, the tiering of the A220 customers, which will determine the communication frequency & format with those customers but also the level of support provided,
- Act as the focal and expert on in-service issues for an assigned portfolio of ATA chapters (covering structures & cabin in particular),
- Monitor those ATA chapters from a fleet performance standpoint.
Responsibility for MISP (Major In-Service Problem) progress and inputs to the Customer Services Change Board
- Responsibility for the progress of MISP items and have end-to-end leadership for resolution of the MISP items falling under your ATA chapters' area of responsibility,
- Owner of key MISP KPIs, in particular the Time-To-Get-a-Fix (TTGF) KPI,
- By delegation of Ho, Chairman of Pre-OS/OS (Operational Surveillance) reviews and will represent Customer Services at the various Change Boards, particularly the CCB (Change Control Board),
- Lead the collection of impact statements from all A220 Customer Services stakeholders to ensure that all in-service impacts are properly assessed, evaluated and documented as an input to the Change Board,
- As required, act as the empowered delegate of the Head of Program Support on the Change Boards (LB, EB, CCB),
- Define and align the in-service overall strategy for all changes presented to the Change Board,
- In coordination with the Head of Business Planning and Governance, define the required budget and manage it for all activities related to Fleet Performance and Program Support,
- Establish and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with A220 Suppliers, particularly in the analysis of root cause of in-service issues and the definition of technical solutions,
- Work closely with the Supplier Support Management team to design supplier recovery plans as required for in-service issues falling under job holder's ATA chapters' of responsibility,
Solution embodiment
- Develop the Service Bulletin (SB) fleet embodiment strategy (taking into account the allocation strategy, the determination of required seed units needed and the overall commercial conditions of the Service Bulletin),
- Ensure SBs are issued as early as possible and, for MISP items, potentially independently from POE to ensure swift incorporation of the SB on in-service fleet,
- Monitor the development, issuance and embodiment of the SB, with particular focus on MISP and Continuous Airworthiness items (CARB),
- Secure support from SATAIR, the In-Service Supply Management Team and the Retrofit Management Team to solution embodiment (kitting, spares…), and set up regular fleet retrofit meetings to review showstoppers,
- By delegation of Ho, chair and run SBCB or A220 equivalent.
Customer Satisfaction portfolio
- On delegation from the Ho Program Support, manage the continuous development portfolio (incl. Budget) reserved to address in-service issues through change requests,
- Validate that change request belongs to the Customer Satisfaction portfolio, prioritize the change requests,
- Monitor budget spend vs. AOP and take actions in case of deviation.
Customer management
- Manage the relationship and communication strategy for the portfolio of customers in relation to these customers' specific A220 fleet performance,
- Work closely with the Head of Fleet Technical Operations to align on communication to customers from a reporting format and frequency standpoint.
Dimensions
Job holder will be a key contributor to the achievement of the one of the top 3 priorities for the A220, namely the improvement of the fleet performance through his/her actions on the following dimensions:
Engage rapidly the evaluation and investigation of technical issues in order to introduce them – when relevant - into the "Resolve Fleet Issues" process and achieve the A220 MISP resolution objective,
- Deploy quickly efficient mitigations (maintenance / repair procedures, flight / cabin crew operational procedures, additional Supplier equipment spares or AIRBUS proprietary parts, information to Customers) in order to prevent their occurrence or minimize their operational impact,
- Closely monitor the performance of the in-service fleet and define / maintain the associated Fleet Performance actions plan,
- Embody solution in-service so as to improve fleet performance (A220 fleet and individual customer fleets),
On all these dimensions, the orientation and decisions taken by the job-holder will have significant impact on the customer satisfaction and the achievement of the program fleet performance targets.
Other dimensions relevant to the position:
The position requires an ability to interface credibly with Customer Senior Management (e.g. VP Technical & Maintenance of large airlines) and the jobholder will get significant visibility within the airline community,

The candidate will have to manage the procurement of parts coming from internal and external suppliers. They will have to plan the requirements, place the orders, manage the shortages, and communicate priorities to the supplier and to internal customers. They will also have to manage the urgencies related with the engine line in order to avoid potential line stoppage. The candidate will be encouraged to propose and implement creative and robust solutions for procurement issues.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a working knowledge of English to read and understand specialized instructions, plans, drawings and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and sometimes communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
