Position Overview
Were hiring motivated, goal-driven Sales Consultants to join our growing team in Markham. This is a commission-only role with warm leads providedno cold calling required. Youll work closely with a supportive sales manager and team to close deals, build client trust, and exceed performance goals.
We offer two shift options:
- Morning Shift: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Evening Shift: 1:00 PM 9:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

- Effectively act as a business consultant on product knowledge and programs.
- Deliver volume and net sales objectives for all Safilo portfolio of products.
- Deliver growth through implementing the sustainable Safilo Sales Model with strategic customers.
- Develop and adhere to an effective call cycle to achieve desired service frequency to Safilo customer accounts to meet indicated net sales objectives.
- Ensure brand visual merchandising standards are met, refresh and leverage POP materials.
- Utilize all brand materials to conduct regular customer staff trainings to reinforce knowledge and ensure message to the patient/consumer is translated consistently to brand positioning standards.
