We’re looking for a UX Content Writer / Strategist to help shape user experiences through thoughtful, human-centered content design. You’ll play a key role in crafting product copy, UX flows, microcopy, and content frameworks across complex digital platforms used by millions.

This is a collaborative, high-impact role embedded within a cross-functional product design team. You'll partner with designers, researchers, product managers, and engineers to solve problems with language — from discovery through delivery. RESPONSIBILITIES

Location: Nunavik or Montral

• Meet with the accused person in order to prepare, research, and write the Gladue Report;
• To receive appropriate Gladue Report referrals from the Nunavik Justice Officer;
• To liaise with Indigenous and non-indigenous resources / service providers for the purpose of preparing a well organized plan;

• Prepare and submit all reports as required including any statistical reports deemed necessary by the NJO;

• Become knowledgeable regarding community resources (Indigenous & non-Indigenous) available to Inuit offenders;
