Location: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia or Quebec, Canada 
Onsite/Hybrid/Remote: Remote or hybrid depending on your proximity to our Toronto or Montreal office.
Schedule: Shifts are dayshifts and include one weekend day. 
Salary: $62,000 a year plus competitive benefits offering
Years of experience: 1 year of direct counselling experience
Language requirements: Must have experience in providing counselling in French and English.

Our EAP Counselors engage with participants over the phone, video, chat & email all while demonstrating what we call: The Power of a Good Conversation – creating a connection with the client to ensure they feel heard, supported, and cared for.

Responsibilities:

• Provide single session telephonic and video counselling, in-the-moment support and crisis telephonic management in a supportive, ethical and professional manner while maintaining client-confidentiality.
• Assess clients thoroughly to ensure appropriateness for short-term counselling.
• Assess and manage high risk calls and working closely with individuals at risk.
• Appropriately refer clients to external resources or within WPO as part of our holistic approach.
• Collaboratively develop clear and concise treatment plans for clients.
• Maintain clear clinical and task-oriented documentation in case management system.
• Any additional tasks pertinent to the position, as deemed appropriate by management.

Qualifications/Skills:

To excel in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

• Social worker, Counselor or Psychologist with accompanying Master’s degree or diploma.
• Clinical counseling experience in English and French.
• Licensure or clinical certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years direct client-contact providing counseling or mental health services.
• Experience providing assessments and/or using clinical assessment tools.
• Experience using short-term counselling modalities such as Solution-Focused, CBT, Mindfulness, Integrative, Systemic counselling. 
• Training in crisis intervention and supporting high risk clients beneficial. 
• Ability to work with clients presenting with substance abuse, situations of crisis, mental health symptoms and/or family/relationship -related concerns impacting personal or work performance.

About the Role:

We are currently hiring a French-speaking Project Manager for our client in Montreal, Quebec. This role requires strong expertise in IT project management, with responsibilities spanning planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting for both maintenance and implementation projects. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading large-scale projects, working in Agile environments, and leveraging MS Project.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate project planning, prioritization, and execution of human, financial, and technical resources.

What you will do:

Workplace Options have an exciting opportunity for a French speaking Senior Accountant, Accounts Receivable. As a Senior Accountant, Accounts receivable, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounts receivable functions of the organization. This role involves maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely collection of receivables, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.

Responsibilities:

• Perform the day to day processing of billing including data review for accuracy and csv importing functions into NetSuite
• Review, analyse, and correct system data for accuracy prior to generating customer invoices for different service types
• Prepare, verify, and generate invoices in accounting software and mail them to clients.
• Record cash receipts to client records, including client account reconciliation and adjustments as needed
• Responsible for collection, management, and resolution of outstanding invoices from past due accounts.
• Maintain customer records in an up to date and accurate manner.
• Prepare and enter journal entries as required.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Respond to Customer and Account Manager queries.
• Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures as well as local reporting regulations for multiple subsidiaries
• Send weekly aging reports to account managers for review & collection of past due amounts.
• Assist account managers with collection.
• Generate revenue by clients report and revenue comparison to previous periods.
• Analyze GL accounts for accuracy.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting.
• Fluent in written and spoken French and English.
• Strong Communication Skills and ability to communicate directly with clients and other departments within the organization in a professional manner
• Knowledge of Income Accounts, Cash Accounts, Deferred Revenue and Accruals.
• Experience in NetSuite or similar ERP with csv Import/subscription knowledge is preferred
• Strong general ledger experience is a must.
• 5-7 Years’ experience in Finance with Accounts Receivable experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Strong Excel Skills.
• Strong analytic skill and strong attention to detail is required for this role.
