In this role, the Trainer is responsible for coaching and teaching all new hires on all of our standards and procedures, meanwhile working with existing team members to ensure our company standards are met consistently in all of our daily practices. The Trainer works directly with our team members teaching all front of house and/or back of house procedures. They ensure that our Team Members adhere to our high level of standards with regards to product quality, speed of service, hospitality, food safety, and cleanliness during the shift, all while creating a positive and fun work environment where all employees can succeed.

- Manage daily cash outs, produce reports, and communicate variances to Management.
- Support Management with daily decision making, scheduling, and planning while upholding standards, product quality and cleanliness.
- Support Management team with inventory and purchasing; ensure that there is enough product on hand to complete daily production; order new stock; purchase special order supplies, if necessary; ensure proper rotation and labeling of ingredients and products.
- Live and teach our Values and Promises.
- Fosters on-going communication by supporting and contributing to all team meetings.
Skills & Requirements:
- Smart Serve Certification is a MUST
- Health and Safety, First Aid, and Food Safety certifications are an asset
