About this Role
The Sales Representative is responsible for selling Tamarack Homes, products and services though the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. This role requires strong sales acumen, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. The Sales Representative ensures a quality approach to all employees, customers, subcontractors, managers, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist guests, present model homes and floor plans, and provide general knowledge of Tamarack products.
Identify customer needs and guide them toward suitable home options.
Manage the sales process, including tracking options, upgrades, and construction progress.
Handle documentation and maintain open communication with customers and potential buyers.
Record and document all potential, current, and future transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through ongoing communication.
Respond to inquiries from guests, realtors, and prospective buyers in a timely manner.
Address and overcome objections in challenging sales situations.
Regularly follow up with potential buyers to assess their needs and next steps.
Stay informed about product offerings, design options, and available financial solutions.
Ensure timely processing and delivery of sales files to the construction and design team.
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of model homes and the sales office, ensuring a professional presentation.
Update inventory files and coordinate with the purchasing team regarding upgrade availability.
Actively promote the Tamarack Homes brand, generate referrals, and participate in community outreach initiatives.
Supervise and mentor team members, manage schedules, and ensure monthly duties are performed as expected.
Perform other relevant duties as required.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the real estate industry.
Experience in townhome sales is required.
Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; enjoys engaging with people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various sales-related software.
Self-motivated with strong initiative and the ability to drive processes to completion.
General understanding of new home construction components and assembly.
Strong knowledge of the condo sales closing process.

- Perform order management duties such as entering new orders for customers, reaching out to vendors on special orders, tracking and fulfilling orders, and resolving issues
- Provide excellent customer service through the daily execution of RONA customer service programs, including following up on completed orders to ensure customer satisfaction, and assisting customers as needed in locating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise
- Other related tasks to ensure the store runs smoothly
- Experience in a similar role
