**Job Description**
AECOM Mississauga is looking at hiring a Project Manager.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manages one or more very complex project, involving a combination of the following:
+ Clients with a national geographic footprint; OR,
+ Projects involving a full spectrum of services offered by IE; OR,
+ Other complexities, such as projects that involve litigation, environmental protection, due diligence, etc.
+ Manages all phases of projects (from beginning to close out).
+ Has consenting and regulatory authority for approvals.
The Project Manager manages all assigned projects from planning till close-out, through the end to end lifecycle of the individual projects. This is a supervisory role, leading the design and construction delivery teams.
Specific to Shell, the person would look after KDR / NTI / RUST projects. This specific program focuses on:
+ Construction of C-Store, QSR buildings, Car Wash, Forecourt and canopy and general site works.
+ Installation of EV and Fuel systems
+ Removal of existing fuel tanks and replacement with new tanks
+ Works to oil water separators
+ Site paving
+ Dispenser replacements
+ General making good of sites
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Bachelor Degree in a relevant discipline (civil, mechanical, electrical, construction management, etc)
+ 4+ years of experience in construction project management
+ PEng or PMP or MBA
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ PMP designation is a huge asset
+ Professional Engineer license or eligibility
+ Has experience with downstream sites / fuels scope
+ 4+ years working as a project manager on multi-disciplinary projects
+ Has strong safety and planning skills
+ Good understanding of contracts and the commercial management of projects
