Collaborate with leadership to evolve our sales strategy, generate qualified leads, and build a sales team.
Oversee and optimize digital marketing channels, including email, paid social, content marketing, SEO, and web performance—with a focus on measurable impact.
What You’ll Bring
- 10+ years of experience in marketing roles, ideally with a mix of B2B and B2C.
- Strong experience marketing to educators or within the K–12 education sector .
- A proven track record using data and analytics to drive decisions , improve funnels, and measure ROI.
- Hands-on experience setting up or managing a marketing technology stack (e.g. CRM, automation, analytics, lead tracking).
- Comfortable being the primary marketing lead in a lean organization—wearing multiple hats, learning on the fly, and driving initiatives forward.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the confidence to speak at events and represent our brand publicly.
- A natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and creating meaningful partnerships.
- Willingness and availability to travel within Canada and the U.S. for events and conferences throughout the year.
