EverLine Coatings and Services is a rapidly growing commercial service franchise brand specializing in line striping and pavement maintenance. We're seeking a reliable, experienced, and proactive Franchise Business Consultant (FBC) to support our expanding Canadian franchise network.

This is a full-time salaried position with a base salary of $80,000 , plus a performance-based bonus . The role includes paid time off and health benefits



About the Role


As a Franchise Business Consultant, you'll be the critical link between our head office and our franchisees. Youll deliver one-on-one coaching, facilitate virtual and in-person training, support franchise development, and ensure operational excellence across your assigned territories. This role is remote, but travel (up to 75%) across Canada and periodic visits to our Houston, TX headquarters will be required.


Key Responsibilities


Youll coach and support franchisees to:

Grow revenue through consistent operational and marketing strategies
Improve customer satisfaction (targeting 4.5+ star ratings and high Net Promoter Scores)
Enhance profitability by reviewing financial performance and setting goals
