RESPONSIBILITIES: * Provide leadership to the Instrumentation & Controls Engineering & Design team and provide support and oversight for all Instrumentation & Controls deliverables across multiple projects. * Manage team workload forecasting, and project assignments; provide support for recruiting and hiring for the Instrumentation & Controls team to ensure the right mix of competencies across the team. * Support the team with mentoring, training, and career development. * Support the development of overall company processes and procedures; lead the development and maintenance of Instrumentation & Controls-specific processes, procedures, templates, and go-bys. * Provide support to Corporate Development with proposal inputs and manhour estimates. * Lead a project team in developing project deliverables including: instrumentation specifications, design criteria, shutdown keys, control narratives, control schematics, loop drawings, wiring drawings, instrument indexes, layout drawings, installation details, P&ID inputs, mechanical package inputs. * The role is envisioned to be approximately 60% technical with direct project involvement and 40% management of the team.
