**POSITION PROFILE**
The Industry (HealthCare, Life Sciences) Solutions Consultant (ISS) supports the design and execution of the account strategy working closely with leadership of the line of business and other key delivery team members. Strong ability to navigate in a highly matrixed environment is required; must maintain a 360° view of all stakeholders and contributors within assigned accounts. The ISS will be accountable for driving profitable revenue growth with Ricoh's targeted industry solutions portfolio within the industry assignment. This role is a catalyst for driving the segmented portfolio and as the portfolio evolves, will further specialize to drive growth of our services and solutions. As a key team member, the ISS is responsible for gaining an understanding of the customer's business and technology requirements, documenting those requirements, and creating compelling business solution(s) that meet the client's needs and achieves their desired business outcomes. The ISS will demonstrate a high degree of business acumen, technical knowledge, communication skills as well as a proven track record of driving high valued business results as an independent consultant. This role will also work with the lead design SME to ensure proper scoping and technology requirements and will collaborate on customized solutions required by our customers.
**JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Strategic thought leadership that results in differentiation**
+ Participate in industry related webinars, events and stay informed on trends and challenges within the assign industry.
+ Understands and incorporates the Ricoh value proposition into everyday talk tracks with clients. Seen as the SME in presenting, promoting and solutioning within Ricoh's services portfolio linking services and technology to solve customer's business requirements.
+ Ability to deliver a concise, well written business case on the solution required for each account to include a financial executive summary
+ Accountable for self-development, staying current with new and developing industry trends.
**Portfolio Aptitude**
+ Consults with the customer with a high degree of Industry/Domain/Technology expertise and knowledge in the areas of CCM, Workplace, MS, IT services, BPO and the professional services and IT services that will be required to support these offerings.
+ Works independently or with other Design resources and engages technical presale resources or Implementation Subject Matter Experts for more complex/specialized technology solutions. Utilizes the engagement process to obtain additional resource expertise
+ Performs the discovery and conceptual design necessary to implement a solution that will meet client needs. Must be able to run the discovery and design from idea to implementation with support of the broader delivery organization.
+ Works directly with the Centre of Excellence to collaborate on innovative ideas and solutions.
**Ability to research and network**
+ Encourages and builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with all co-workers and outside vendors. Routinely creates a helpful and positive work culture.
+ Able to call on clients to develop new business level relationships to increase Ricoh's revenue share in assigned accounts. Drives to meet or exceed assigned revenue and target metric objectives within assigned accounts.
**Generate long-term growth**
+ Ability to generate new sales opportunities within assigned accounts working in a team-selling environment.
+ Participates in frequent communication of activities and account status with assigned account team.
+ Follows Ricoh's Methodology Framework to ensure that projects are accurately scoped and delivered in line with customer expectations. Must collaborate with the design, project management, operations, and implementation teams to ensure all pricing components have been included and level of effort is accurate.
**QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)**
**Typically Required:**
+ Four-year college degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field
+ Requires 5+ years demonstrated success acting as a SME within the Industry
+ Experience in supporting consultative solutions, selling to a variety of functional areas and lines of business within large complex accounts (hunting and farming) directly and through partners.
+ Experience working within a team selling environment, ability to gain alignment and support from multiple cross-functional areas.
+ Must have excellent presentation skills, both written and verbal.
+ Must be experienced in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
+ Strong project management skills.
+ Relevant industry and solution certifications

Your Capabilities and Credentials

- Understanding of healthcare facility functional programming, master programming, business case development, healthcare workflows, clinical zoning, and CSA Z8000 compliance.

The Senior Job Captain will be responsible for setting high standards for delivering high-quality deliverables and mentoring junior team members.
Your Key Responsibilities

- BIM Utilization: Utilize BIM technologies in the development of three-dimensional models of buildings and their components.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present design or technical information with the Project Manager to stakeholders during early project phases. Develop building designs in accordance with cost parameters.
- System Evaluation: Evaluate and select building systems and materials. Coordinate building systems to ensure compatibility with the design intent.
- Sustainable Design: Implement sustainable design principles into the design and environment.
- Site Analysis: Analyze sites incorporating geotechnical, hydrological, environmental, social, economic, and contextual conditions.
- Documentation: Ensure that design intent is maintained through documentation and construction.
- Collaboration: Work with a Construction Manager/General Contractor and in a Joint Venture environment.
- MOH Submissions: Familiarity with the Ministry of Health (MOH) submissions is required.

Education and Experience
Degree: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and working towards licensure. OAA or LTOAA preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 20 years of experience, preferably on teams with healthcare or institutional clients.
Certification: LEED Green Associate or LEED AP preferred. Career Advancement: Based on performance, there is an opportunity to be promoted to a Principal and become the technical lead for the GTA practice.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in Lower Mainland -- BC, GTA & Ottawa Ontario-$103,300.00 - $153,300.00 Annually
