What you need to bring with you:

Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum of 2-years' experience in a traditional nursing role (acute care/long-term care or primary care settings) will be considered.
Full-scope RPN skills required; IV therapy, wound care, ostomy, tube-feeding and palliative care experience required
Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Proficient in using electronic medical record systems
Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months

Responsibilities And Duties

• Nursing tasks include medication administration, wound care, head to toe assessment, vitals signs, pain assessment, liaising with physicians, diabetic management.
