Why we need you
We are looking for a technical SAP Human Resources Consultant with experience collaborating closely with clients to build the next generation of their human capital management solution on SAP. You will be responsible for designing and developing SAP HR solutions, including business requirements gathering, technical requirements development, and technical solution design.
What you’ll do
• Drive the modernization and standardization of HR processes on the latest SAP HR solutions.
• Understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Design solutions across payroll, talent management, employee experience, and people analytics modules.
• Create solution designs with consideration of deployment options, cross-module and cross-application integrations, architecture, data & reporting, security, and other areas as relevant.
Who you are
• SAP Human Resources experience: You have 7+ years of experience across SAP HR modules. S/4 and ECC implementation experience are ideal, as well as certifications with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM), HCM Payroll, SuccessFactors.
• SAP Canadian payroll experience: You have 5+ years of experience across SAP timesheet technologies new and old, e.g., Personnel Time Management, Payroll Accounting, Cross-Application Time Sheets (CATS).
• Relationship-builder: You thrive in a highly collaborative role working with senior clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Solution-builder: You are excited to get your hands dirty doing the work, understand the needs and desired outcomes at a high-level and at a technical level.

- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate talent management programs with other HR initiatives, such as employee engagement.
- Support the creation and implementation of inclusive, engaging, and effective talent management and employee & leader development approaches (principles, programs, and materials)
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of adult learning and behavioral science principles including identifying measurements for talent & learning outcomes, ensuring accountability, and tracking and reporting on progress.
- Leverage data and analytics to report on Talent Management metrics.
- Engage with L&OD Management Team to ensure talent management programs align with Stantec's overall learning strategy and organizational goals.
- Facilitate agile and iterative design and development approaches, ensuring stakeholder participation and effective incorporation of diverse feedback.

Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Education, Business, or related field.
Minimum of eight years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing talent programs in complex, global environments.
Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time.

**Pay Range:**
- Locations in Lower Mainland - BC - Min Salary $ 95,400.00 - Max Salary $ 143,100.00

Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
