What will you do?

• Learn and grow as an important part of a team that cares about Reliance and its customers.
• Professionally install HVAC equipment, accessory items, in accordance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Ensure the safe operation of all new installations and correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
• Responsible for being willing to learn and grow as part of a progressive customer service oriented team.
• Responsible for creating a positive relationship with customers; offering for sale other company products, services and demonstrating your ability to communicate, problem solve, to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Must adhere to all safety rules.
• Explain the benefits of newer highly efficient equipment to the customer.
• Must maintain company vehicle to neat clean and safe standard.
• Must successfully obtain HVAC leads and enroll CPP to company performance targets.

Clearview Plumbing & Heating ltd has been serving Calgary and surrounding area for over 25 years. We are currentlyrecruiting for Licensed and experienced HVAC Technicians to join our Team to help service and install HVAC equipment and Indoor Air Quality accessories for our customers, while giving them WOW Service. This career position is a great opportunity for quality, service-minded professionals who are committed to being masters of their trade.

Bonus - Fully licensed service or Install technicians and apprentices with 6 months plus experience!

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform accurate, comprehensive diagnoses, install, repairs and maintenance of residential HVAC equipment
• Educate customers on proper care and maintenance and promote all various HVAC options
• Complete general and specific HVAC equipment inspections
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked vehicle

Education/Experience/Skills

• A minimum of 3 years recent HVAC Installation experience with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, water heaters including tankless heaters (not required for apprentices)
• Valid Gas Fitter/Refrigeration license or apprentice
• Valid Driver's License with a clean record
• Clear criminal record
• Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
• An accountable and responsible personality, delivering high customer satisfaction and has a Positive, can-do attitude
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing the installation and commissioning of HVAC elements
• Strong customer service skills
• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and on call.
