In this exciting role, you will be working alongside a team of high-performing Cybersecurity professionals who are skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of Cybersecurity and SAP. The IAM Specialist (Role-Based Security) teammate is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining user access and security roles in SAP systems. What you have to offer:
What you bring to the table:
Design, develop, and maintain SAP roles and authorizations (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
Analyze security requirements and provide role-based access control (RBAC) solutions.
Monitor and remediate segregation of duties (SoD) conflicts.
Conduct user access reviews and support internal/external audits.
Collaborate with functional teams to support project initiatives and enhancements.
Maintain documentation for SAP security configurations and procedures.
Support GRC Access Control maintenance and risk remediation.
Required:
Bacheloru2019s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security administration.
Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts and SoD principles.
Knowledge of audit and compliance requirements.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred:
SAP Certified Technology Associate u2013 System Security Architect.

Act as the SME for all CyberArk technologies in both on-prem and SaaS environments.
Design, deploy and manage CyberArk Secure Infrastructure Access (SIA) for secure, credential-less access to Linux, Windows and Databases across hybrid environments.
Implement and maintain Identity Security Intelligence (ISI) for behavioral analytics, anomaly detection, and risk-based policy enforcement.

As a Senior IAM Engineer , you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting identity and access management solutions. Your deep understanding of IAM principles, technologies, and best practices will ensure the security and integrity of our information systems. You'll work closely with IT and business teams to make sure the right individuals have access to the right resources at the right times for the right reasons.
What will you be doing?
- Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and services, including single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), user automated lifecycle management, and identity governance.
- Architect and implement Okta solutions to manage user identities and access across various applications and systems within the organization.
- Utilize Okta workflows to create and manage automated provisioning solutions for on-premises and SaaS-based applications.
- Develop and maintain automated processes for user provisioning and identity lifecycle management using programming languages like PowerShell, JSON, and Python.
- Manage, administer, and maintain the on-prem BeyondTrust environment, ensuring its integration and functionality within the broader IAM framework.

- Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth, WS-Federation).
