Reporting to the Implementation Manager of Professional Services, the primary responsibility of an Implementation Consultant is to nurture strong business-to-business client relationships, throughout the assigned project, leading to the successful software implementation of Multiview Financial Software, based on the clients contract specifications.

Multiview is looking to add team members like you with prior experience and knowledge in finance, accounting, payroll processing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, analysis, financial reporting and/or materials management. Together, we'll help our clients implement our software and best practice solutions so that they can stop chasing numbers and start using them.

The 'Implementation Consultants (IC) play a critical role in helping our clients with their software implementation after performing business analysis by design and troubleshooting, documenting project requirements, validating requirements and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to design proposals. The ICs work directly with clients and internal departments to ensure a successful implementation deliverable within the project scope and budget.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Work with new clients to assist them with the transitioning from a legacy financial system to Multiview Financial Software

  • Work collaboratively with Multiviews Implementation team, processes and methodologies in the development, management, and execution of client project plans
  • Perform strategic reviews with clients to understand their needs in terms of their financial reporting, internal processes, and finance software needs

  • Prepare project plans and work with new clients to define projects items and milestones

  • Work with existing clients on implementing new modules, new interfaces, or custom work

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts from project initiation to close; prepare project plans and work with new clients to define projects items and milestones

  • Support new clients in their go-live process, facilitate technical discussions, whiteboarding for project integrations and technical solutions
  • Record and manage project deliverables, risks, and actions
  • Provide regular implementation status reports to key stakeholders, highlighting critical issues and the overall status of the assigned project; investigating and making recommendations on issues that challenge scope boundaries
  • Maintain a detail-oriented view on client project plans, while exercising good interpersonal and organizational skills to develop strong client relationships
  • Prioritizing work and managing multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines; Track time to capture revenue adequately

  • Proactively communicate with clients and internal staff to manage enhancement requirements and escalations; support clients through all phases of the implementation as required
  • Deal with confidential data and adhere to applicable data protection acts

  • Client Service This role affects 100% of all clients who purchase Multiview Financial software. The position is responsible for the success of the clients understanding and utilization of Multiview.
  • Technical Skills Strong in-depth knowledge of the ERP products and accounting is required to perform the role competently. The incumbent must be comfortable using the technology and be able to explain it to others. This level of expertise is gained through extensive on-the-job experience.

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:


  • University Degree or College Diploma with a major in Accounting or relevant experience

  • 2-4 yrs. Experience as implementation consultant preferably in the Financials/Enterprise Software space

  • Excellent knowledge and experience of accounting and finance
  • Strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
  • Strong aptitude for technology prior experience in the Financials/ Enterprise Software space preferred
  • Passion for client success
  • Excellent training, communication (verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills in a client facing role
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment
  • Very strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills with a great sense of urgency and strong results orientation
  • Self-starter with experience in client-facing situations.
  • Ability to work both collaboratively in a team environment and independently with little supervision

PREFERRED:



  • 3+ years of Multiview Financial product or Enterprise software implementation experience is considered an asset

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience in a Software company is considered an asset

  • United States Healthcare experience is considered an asset

  • Materials Management experience is considered an asset

Role Overview

Our highly motivated and engaged team members are at the heart of our success! This role requires working alongside the project management team to configure and deliver international payroll implementations for our global client base. The role also involves working closely with every department within iiPay to ensure the technical requirements are understood and everyone is aligned for an accurate and timely delivery. The Implementation Consultant may also be required to liaise with our third-party local payroll partners to ensure they are equipped to support us once the implementation passes to live payroll processing.

Key objectives of the role

The successful candidate requires minimum 2 years of implementation experience and the ability to demonstrate a proven track record in the following areas:

  • Project Set-up working with the internal project team, clients and our local country payroll partners, to organise and run kick off meetings, create project plans and deliver implementation packs.
  • Client and Project Management Support project review calls (internal and external), co-ordinating and delivering on the project streams. Manage any changes to the scope of work and delivery schedule
  • Payroll Process Define and set-up the agreed client payroll processes, establishing all of the payroll and data needs.
  • Local Registration Management Work with the local country payroll partners to conclude all local registration processes for the client.
  • Payment and Banking Process Definition Work with the iiPay treasury team, the payroll partner and client to agree and set-up all payment and banking processes
  • System set-up and parallel payroll process define, agree and configure all interfaces, reports and systems configurations to successfully deliver the parallel payroll processes
  • Go-live transition work with the iiPay operations team and client account manager to transition the payroll at go live to the operations team.
  • Sign-off and documentation Work with the client to sign-off the project and document all of the client specific needs and processes.



What are we looking for in you?

  • Ability to demonstrable data coordination skills
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage time critical tasks and to assign responsibilities to third party organisations
  • Experience of using or managing payroll processes and their associated systems,
  • Experience of working with international clients both small and large (FTSE & Fortune 500), demonstrating the ability to communicate clearly and gain trust with your client contacts.
  • Highly motivated and driven professional individual with proven track record of delivering projects on time with high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Experience of working within a regulated (ISAE 3402 / SSAE 16) service delivery environment


The successful applicant will ideally have experience in global payroll or human capital management implementation. They should have the ability to become a systems expert and have experience of managing and prioritising workloads. They should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, and possess a keen attention to detail. Nous recherchons un.e candidat.e qui a:

  • Un baccalauréat en comptabilité ou en finance;
  • 3+ ans d'expérience dans une industrie de services (audit, conseil, ingénierie, etc.);
  • Expérience avec des logiciels d'entreprise (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Une expérience dans le déploiement/la mise en service d'applications de distribution à grande échelle;
  • Le français et l'anglais sont requis pour ce poste afin de mener des activités en dehors de la province de Québec.

The Role:

As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be part of the project team delivering on our clients’ initiatives. You will interact daily with our prospects and clients across a range of different activities such as mandates concerning pre-sales, strategy, implementation and continuous improvement.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

Pre-sales

  • Evaluate client requirements;
  • Propose solutions architecture and approach;
  • Demonstrate system capabilities.

Strategy

  • Assess operations, technology, and opportunities;
  • Define future state solutions architecture;
  • Recommend roadmap and approach.

Implementation

  • Define optimal process and related feature set;
  • Provide resolution of critical technical limitations;
  • Configure and train client team;
  • Test business process scenarios;
  • Onboard users and execute cutover activities;
  • Support operations and enable clients.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement improvement opportunities;
  • Support solutions upgrades and enhancement processes;
  • Assist customer in onboarding activities.

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance;
  • 1-2 years of experience in a service industry (audit, consulting, engineering, etc.);
  • Experience with business software (ERP, MRP, WMS, TMS, MES);
  • Experience in the deployment/implementation of large-scale distribution applications;
  • The ability to speak and write in French and English is required for this position in order to conduct business outside of the province of Québec.
