Proactive Content

  • Develop proactive content on topics of interest to private equity clients in your coverage area

Clariem, an independently owned management consulting firm, is seeking a Market Insights & Operations Manager to help scaling up the company to the next level. This is a "roll-up-the-sleeves" role, working side-by-side with Clariems founder, to think strategically and execute tactically.


In this role you will work as the primary person to keep track of multiple projects and execute day-to-day operations to free up bandwidth for the leadership team. This role is first a "doer" and then a "project manager" or driver role. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT

  • Project Planning : Participate in and projectize the conversations to start with projects with good documentation. Requires strong organization and note-taking/ documentation skills

QUALIFICATIONS

As a pivotal leader within the Residential Web & Ecommerce department, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, execution, and communication of all web and digital media analytics. We are seeking a strategic, influential leader who can build and mentor a high-performing team, translate complex data into strategic imperatives, and partner with leadership to fuel our rapid online growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimizing our online customer experience and proving the value of our digital investments

? HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT Vancouver-based and Toronto-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues–Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM – 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

? What You'll Do:

  • Analytics Strategy & Roadmap: Develop and own the comprehensive digital analytics strategy and roadmap. Is a thought-leadership partner to identify key business questions and opportunities, and align the team's focus to deliver high-impact insights that drive business outcomes.
  • Data Governance & Infrastructure: Oversee the governance, implementation, and evolution of our web analytics stack. Champion the strategic use of GA4 and establish best practices for Google Tag Manager (GTM) architecture, server-side tagging, and data quality assurance across all digital assets.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with leadership across Marketing, Product, and Technology to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and deliver insights that shape business strategy. Serve as the primary analytics contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic Insights & Storytelling: Cultivate a culture of data-driven decision-making by empowering stakeholders with actionable insights. Lead the team in delivering advanced analysis, executive-level dashboards, and compelling presentations on user behavior, campaign performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Optimization & Experimentation: Drive the strategy for conversion rate optimization (CRO). Lead the analytical framework for experimentation (A/B testing, causal impact analysis) to guide continuous improvement of the customer journey and website performance.
  • Advanced Analytics & Attribution: Guide the development of sophisticated analytics models, including media mix modeling and multi-touch attribution, to provide a holistic understanding of the customer journey and optimize marketing channel investments.

? What You'll Bring:

  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital analytics or digital marketing analytics, with a proven track record of delivering business impact.
  • Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma in Business, Marketing, Math, Computer Science, or a similar quantitative field.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and executing a strategic analytics roadmap.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), including implementation, governance, and server-side tagging.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with large datasets in environments like BigQuery.
  • Proven expertise in creating insightful and automated dashboards for executive audiences using tools like Looker Studio or Tableau.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into a compelling narrative for senior leadership.
  • Deep, practical understanding of the broader digital marketing ecosystem (SEO, PPC, Programmatic, etc.) and how to measure success within it.
  • Experience with advanced analytical techniques such as A/B testing analysis, user journey analysis, and attribution modelling.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a very strong asset.
  • GA4, GTM or Tableau certification is a strong asset.
? COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
  • Salary $108,000 - $128,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
