Leadership of Regional and Site-Level Management

  • Lead a distributed team of Regional Production Managers (RPMs) and Site Production Managers (SPMs), ensuring clarity of roles, expectations, and leadership discipline.
  • Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and leadership training to build and sustain long-term bench strength.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and corrective action plans where needed, upholding a high-performance team culture.

Blitz Team Leadership and Strategic Deployment

  • Oversee a highly skilled Blitz Team deployed to support:
    • Launch of new IRC sites
    • Production accelerations during peak periods
    • Rapid-response interventions for underperforming sites

What We're Looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressively senior leadership in production, logistics, or operations, with a significant portion overseeing multi-site facilities.
  • Relentless attention to operational detail and standard work adherence.
  • Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills under pressure.
