- Account Management: Oversee the servicing of mid-to-large commercial accounts, ensuring high retention and client satisfaction.

- RIBO license (in good standing); CAIB or CIP designation preferred.
- Strong network of business contacts in the GTA.
- Deep knowledge of commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, auto, specialty risks).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen.
- Experience with broker management systems (e.g., Epic, Power Broker) and Microsoft Office.
