The Opportunity
Business is booming at Flexspring. We seek a client-friendly Bilingual Integration Specialist to join our all-star Delivery team. At Flexspring, youll code integrations using Java and REST APIs and explain data mapping and testing requirements to our clients.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Code integrations to client requirements using Flexspring.
- Collaborate with a project manager on client data maps.
- Perform integration testing, guide the client through User Acceptance Testing, and lead the Go Live launch.
- Document the nuances of the integration for the client and Flexspring support team.
- Effectively troubleshoot, identify the root cause and develop solutions to production issues that arise in customers integrations while adhering to support SLA
- Provide exceptional communication to all parties, both internal and external.
- Document troubleshooting and resolution notes in our Case Management System (Service Cloud) and keep the client informed about the case progression continuously.
- Drive support cases through resolution by working collaboratively with the support team, technical consultants, 3rd party partners, and the client.

Required Skills And Attributes
- Bachelor of Sciences or College degree in software engineering or computer science.
- Excellent knowledge of Java or JavaScript languages.
- Experience in software development languages and methodologies (e.g., Java, Groovy, REST API, SOAP Web Service, Graph QL etc.).
- Be client-friendly and skilled at explaining technical things to non-technical clients.
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- Strong verbal and written communication in French
Nice to Have
- Experience with HR or financial data integrations.

Job Type: Contractor or Full-Time
Adaptalytics is seeking a Senior Integration Lead with deep experience in Dayforce implementations and third-party system integrations. This individual will play a critical leadership role in designing, managing, and delivering integrations between Dayforce and various external systems, including HCM, Payroll, ERP, Finance, and Benefits platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end integration efforts for Dayforce implementations, including both inbound and outbound data flows.
Act as the primary integration architect and subject matter expert across multiple engagements.
Partner with internal teams and client IT stakeholders to define and document technical integration requirements and use cases.
Build, review, and oversee integration design specifications, data mapping, and transformation logic.
Coordinate and validate integration testing, including unit, system, and UAT phases.
Support data migration and historical data loads for legacy system transitions.
Develop and enforce best practices around API usage, SFTP, flat-file exchange, and integration error handling.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with cross-functional teams during the project lifecycle.
Provide guidance and mentorship to internal consultants and junior integration staff.
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of Dayforce implementation experience, with a strong focus on technical and integration workstreams.
Demonstrated success delivering Dayforce integrations with third-party systems (e.g., ERP, Finance, Benefits, ATS, Timekeeping, Payroll).
Hands-on experience with APIs, Web Services, Flat Files, SFTP, XML/JSON, and other integration tools or formats.
Strong grasp of data architecture, mapping logic, and transformation rules.
Comfortable leading client-facing discussions, technical workshops, and executive-level presentations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management and communication skills.
Familiarity with Ceridian Dayforce Integration Studio and Integration APIs is a strong plus.

- Experience integrating SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, ServiceNow, Slack, and others.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and error handling in integration scenarios.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key qualifications :
- Workato Automation Pro certification(s).
- Experience with other iPaaS platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier) is a plus.
