Nous recherchons un(e) Concepteur UI/UX ayant de l'expérience avec Shopify pour rejoindre notre équipe Marketing!
En tant que Concepteur UI/UX, vous contribuerez à concevoir une expérience e-commerce soignée et conviviale. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la refonte et l’optimisation de notre boutique en ligne Shopify — de la cartographie des parcours utilisateurs à la création de maquettes UI haute fidélité, en passant par une collaboration étroite avec les développeurs pour leur mise en œuvre. Vous serez responsable du parcours utilisateur et jouerez un rôle central dans la création d’une expérience client cohérente et orientée vers la conversion.

Responsabilités
- Reconcevoir et affiner les parcours utilisateurs clés, en mettant l’accent sur la conversion, l’ergonomie et la cohérence avec l’image de marque
- Créer des wireframes, maquettes et designs UI haute fidélité dans Figma
- Concevoir des mises en page responsives assurant une expérience fluide sur desktop et mobile
- Travailler dans les limites et possibilités des thèmes Shopify, des sections et des modèles
- Collaborer avec les développeurs pour garantir une transmission fluide et une mise en œuvre efficace
- Maintenir des standards élevés en matière d’accessibilité, de performance et de bonnes pratiques UX
- Utiliser les analyses et les retours utilisateurs pour améliorer continuellement l’expérience
- Rester à jour sur les tendances du design e-commerce, les principes d’utilisabilité et les évolutions de Shopify

Exigences
- 3+ années d’expérience en design UI/UX, avec un fort accent sur le e-commerce
- Expérience directe en conception sur Shopify — vous maîtrisez les thèmes, les sections, l’intégration d’applications et les limites de personnalisation
- Un portfolio solide mettant en avant à la fois une réflexion UX approfondie et une interface UI moderne et soignée
- Maîtrise de Figma et aisance avec des outils comme la suite Adobe Creative
- Excellente compréhension du design responsive et des principes UX mobile-first
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à collaborer avec différentes équipes
- Expérience avec les applications Shopify et les intégrations tierces
- Esprit d’initiative — vous êtes autonome et capable de résoudre les problèmes de manière proactive

Job Summary
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer with Shopify experience to join our Marketing team!
As the User Interface User Experience Designer, you will help us craft a polished, user-friendly e-commerce experience. You’ll play a key role in redesigning and optimizing our Shopify storefront —from mapping UX flows to delivering high-fidelity UI designs and collaborating closely with developers for implementation. You’ll have ownership over the user journey and play a central role in creating a cohesive, conversion-driven customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Redesign and refine key user flows , with a focus on conversion, usability, and brand alignment
- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
- Design responsive layouts that ensure a seamless experience across desktop and mobile
- Work within the capabilities and constraints of Shopify themes, sections, and templates
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff and implementation
- Maintain high standards for accessibility, performance, and UX best practices
- Use analytics and user feedback to continuously improve the user experience
- Stay current with e-commerce design trends, usability principles, and Shopify updates

Le spécialiste UX/UI est responsable de la conception générale de l’interface utilisateur Web, logicielle ou applicative, de la clarté de la navigation jusqu’à la qualité des contenus, en passant par l’optimisation et la simplification des solutions externes et internes afin de faire naître une émotion chez l’utilisateur et accroître la satisfaction liée à l’utilisation.
? Votre profil
- Être en mesure de communiquer adéquatement en français, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, et travailler physiquement au Québec
- Détenir un diplôme universitaire en ergonomie informatique, design graphique, marketing, sciences cognitives ou dans un domaine du design digital et des multimédias reconnu au Québec (dans le cas d’un diplôme non reconnu au Québec, la ressource doit fournir une évaluation comparative du diplôme réalisée par le ministère de l’Immigration, de la Francisation et de l’Intégration du Québec)
- Avoir la capacité à comprendre qui sont les utilisateurs, leurs parcours, les scénarios d’utilisation associés à leurs tâches et créer des interfaces qui seront les plus efficaces et répondront le mieux aux objectifs établis
- Avoir la capacité à concevoir et penser le site Web sur la base de la demande du client (structure du site, ergonomie, interface, fil de fer, etc.)
- Être en mesure de réaliser la maquette du site : position des éléments, arborescence, architecture interactionnelle
- Être en mesure de comprendre les attentes des utilisateurs, les besoins d’affaires et la stratégie numérique (ex. : sondage)
