Optimisation & Coordination
* Suivre et analyser la performance des transporteurs (coût, délai, qualité)
* Identifier des leviers d'amélioration logistique pour optimiser les flux
* Apporter un soutien aux tâches du technicien logistique si nécessaire
* Participer à la mise à jour et à l'amélioration des procédures internes
Relation Client & Support Interne
* Communiquer efficacement avec les départements ventes, production et achats

The successful candidate will contribute to and be responsible for supporting the sales and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. Job Summary:
- Offer consistently excellent customer service by effectively coordinating customer and carrier requirements, answering all questions and freight forwarding needs by phone or email, and resolving all customer, carrier and loading facility issues in a timely basis;
- Submit bill of lading instructions to carriers in addition to preparing, processing, verifying for accuracy and dispatching all appropriate export documents;
- Issue and/or approve invoices for customers and carriers;
- Update the client proactively with the delivery;
- Negotiate rates by offering strategic logistics solutions, become a key aspect of customer operations;
- Anticipate, address and resolve any issues with delayed or damaged shipment;
- Update and maintain customer information in the database.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years experience in Ocean Import and Export;
- Quick, proactive, reliable, accountable and tech savvy;
- Excellent communication skills in English, French would be an asset;
- Dynamic, good communication and customer service oriented
- Good learning, superior organizational and time management skills.
