Location and hours
25 Sims Crescent, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 1K9 | Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities
The Office Coordinator supports the Warehouse through day-to-day general administrative support ensuring the office is runs in an efficient manner.
Handle incoming inquiries via email and phone and direct queries to appropriate departments.
Basic administrative duties: photocopying, faxing, filing.
Data entry into JustFoods ERP of orders that are received, as well as ensuring data is set up correctly and making adjustments to the system.
Sort and input vendor invoices.
Assist monthly physical inventory count.
Assists in the coordination of customer accounts including: outlining product details, price quotations, product availability, creating and sending purchase orders.
Act as backup for Customer Service/ Order Desk team.
Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma
Good knowledge of MS Office
Accuracy and attention to detail in data entry
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong team player with a 'happy to help' attitude

Position Summary:
We are seeking a hands-on Inventory Control Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our warehouse facility. This role is responsible for supervising all warehouse operations including inventory management, receiving, material handling, product packaging, and shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and packaging processes, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
· Supervise and actively participate in day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods to ensure that daily production goals are met.
· Establish and continuously improve existing fulfilment processes, including warehouse planning, inventory management processes, material coordination and transaction processes etc
· Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, reconciliations, and transaction audits.
· Be a steward for continual ISO 9001 Quality Compliance.
· Maintain up-to-date and accurate warehouse records in the inventory management system.
· Create, improve, monitor and reinforce adherence to standard work and organizational standards to ensure safety, quality, output, and productivity in all aspects of warehouse operations.
· Coordinate with other departments such as production, logistics, and purchasing to ensure timely order fulfillment.
· Excellent communication skills (proficient in English)
· Lead and support company EPIC values.
· Working competency with MS Access, Excel, Word, Outlook and other analytical software tools.

Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory role.
· Strong understanding of inventory management principles, transactions, and problem-solving.
· Experience in packaging operations and materials handling.
· Hands-on, proactive, and lead by example.
· Working knowledge of ISO9001 and/or regulatory compliance requirements.
· Proficient in using inventory or warehouse management systems (ERP).
· Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
· Formal continuous improvement training and experiences highly desirable (Lean)
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment
