Boeing Canada Operations Ltd. is seeking **C-17 Field Operations supply chain specialist** , reporting to the Product Support Supply Chain Manager.
This position is for a C-17 Field Operations supply chain specialist/Customer support specialist to support C-17 operations based in **Trento, Canada** . This is a very dynamic, operationally focused position supporting the RCAF strategic airlift capability. Boeing has supply chain responsibility for C-17 parts and is required to achieve key performance indicators (KPI's) as outlined in our Performance Based Logistics contract. Therefore, we require a highly energetic, skilled professional to fill this position.
**Position Responsibilities:**
The main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Enter, track and monitor customer orders, deliveries and returns using appropriate IT systems.
+ Apply a good knowledge of dangerous goods procedure and IATA regulations.
+ Monitor material location and take proactive measures to perform redistribution and stock rotation where necessary.
+ Monitor supply chain data to ensure defined reorder points and demand quantities are met.
+ Process material returned for repair by the customer and obtain necessary base passes for the movement of materiel.
+ Coordinate and process documentation associated with repair items to monitor the movement of assets and components through the repair cycle.
+ Work with our shipping agent to expedite inbound and outbound shipments.
+ Respond to customer inquiries and coordinate delivery problem resolution.
+ Act as customer liaison when required to ensure smooth running of the supply support program.
+ Complete all necessary receipting and acceptance procedures for equipment.
**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**
+ 3 or more years' experience in the Aerospace and Defense supply chain or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
+ Must be legally able to work in Canada.
+ Individuals must not pose a risk for safeguarding controlled goods.
+ Must be eligible to handle US export-controlled data.
+ Must consent to Canadian Government Controlled Goods Program (CGP) assessment.
+ Must be eligible for Secret Level II security clearance.
**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**
+ Field experience supporting airlift highly desirable. Experience working with Boeing GOLD and Warehouse on Web (WOW) Supply systems, and with international customers, would be an advantage.
**Additional Information:**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
Reporting directly to the Sales and Logistics Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall running of the Amrize in-house carrier within Atlantic Canada. The role encompasses the day-to-day business operations while helping to budget and plan for its future through the use of data analysis and reporting on the cement market and sales performance. Summary:
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible to work with Procurement and Supply Chain colleagues. Manage and maintain vendor information to ensure integrity of data to support accuracy in Purchase order placement by the Procurement team. This role is responsible for vendor data management and supports the team in day to day Supply Chain requirements.
Essential Functions:
- Assist the Vendor Change Specialist with vendor initiated change controls
- Maintain a central file with vendor information
- Request technical and regulatory documents from vendors
- Monitor and track adherence to inclusion of quality documents adherence upon incoming receipt and required changes
- Issue purchase orders for zero value sample requests
- Initiate and manage material transfers (internal and inter-site)
- Liaise between site Compliance and Vendors as required
- Maintain vendor terms and conditions, requesting updates though the payables team
- Maintain procurement, planning and warehouse parameter information for direct materials
- Initiate claims due to damage with carriers
- Other duties as required
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
High school diploma/General Educational Development (GED) Certificate is required
Working towards College Diploma or University Degree in Supply Chain
Experience:
Requires no previous related experience.

Equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant work experience may be considered.

Detail oriented and organized, with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness. Good/Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Be client and patient conscious at all times. Understand Key Performance Indicators and strive to improve the performance of the team by identifying areas for system improvements and engage in problem solving. Model positive thinking and is open to change, motivating the team to adapt to shifts in priorities and new ways of working. Proactively identify areas for improvement in the execution of procedures. Communicate risks to timelines in a proactive manner.  Consistently strives to improve skills and knowledge in related field.  
Physical Requirements:
Light physical effort and fatigue. Walks, sits or stands for limited periods. May require occasional equipment operation including keyboard equipment. Lifts light items for limited duration. Typically located in a comfortable indoor area. There may be exposure to mild physical discomfort from factors such as dust, fumes or odours, temperature extremes, loud noise, strong drafts, or bright lights. The **Supply Chain Analyst - THD Order Management** is responsible for maintaining orders as well as ensuring order accuracy and on-time fulfillment.

In this position, the **Supply Chain Analyst - THD Order Management** will:
+ Manage order flow and execute critical order steps
+ Work with Sales and Demand teams to correct pricing and inventory issues
+ Ensure orders are released and processed on time to meet compliance requirements
+ Assist Demand in hitting fill rate targets by working closely with THD's IPR team and aligning on order expectations
+ Collaborate with US counterparts to secure Canada's forecasted inventory
+ Work to continuously improve internal processes and metrics
+ Review and dispute shipping compliance fines where necessary
