This position is an exciting opportunity as it includes Inventory Control, Delivery, and Customer Service duties.
Responsibilities
- I nventory Management including ordering, receiving, and putting away product
- Maintaining a clean and safe warehouse
- Assisting with loading and unloading delivery trucks
- Aiding customers with carry-outs
- Safely operating a Culligan vehicle to make hotshot deliveries
- Assisting customers in person and on the phone in a professional manner
- Secondary School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service and inventory/warehouse experience required
- Intermediate computer knowledge required
- Class 5 License required
- Forklift experience required
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to consistently lift 50lb

Qualifications and Skills:

- College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience

**The Role**
Reporting to the Product Management and Supply Chain Lead, the **Product Management and Supply Chain Coordinator** is responsible for the timely execution of item information maintenance and purchase order reconciliation. Other responsibilities include facilitating product returns, responding to in-store and customer inquiries, and performing item creation. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, possesses exceptional multi-tasking abilities, and proactively identifies opportunities and creates solutions.
**Role and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:**
- Work with stores to properly handle return items and maintain processes for vendor returns
- Completing the validation of inventory three-way matching between, store process, vendor delivery and payments
- Create, monitor, and maintain data lists
- Manage all incoming communication (mail, email, voicemail); respond to all inquiries and resolve any outstanding issues
- Implement pricing and discounts within the approved SOX framework
- Provide training, direction and follow-up on all store-level inquiries
- Assist stores in inventory maintenance, accuracy and regulatory compliance
- Assist in inventory management through procurement and inventory data analysis
- Other related tasks as required
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Supply Chain, Business Management and/or Finance; An equivalent combination of experience will be considered
- Knowledge of accounting practices, demand analysis, inventory management (levels, purchases, consumption)
- Retail experience with some working knowledge of cross-functional areas/processes
- Computer literate with demonstrated ability to adapt to new programs and software
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills required with proficiency in other MS Office Suite applications
- Previous experience in the Cannabis retail industry will be considered an asset, but is not required
- Must be able to pass a basic security clearance
- Current SellSafe Certification and QCW (Qualified Cannabis Worker) approval.
- Must have reliable transportation
