Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate and comprehensive financial records in compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Perform regular account reconciliations on assets, liabilities, and other financial transactions.
Support the budgeting process by analyzing financial information to aid in forecasting.
Assist with tax preparations and filings, ensuring compliance with provincial and federal regulations.
Provide support during internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
Collaborate with HSS Finance and Logistics management in the implementation of a new ERP system.
Qualifications
Education: Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required).
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of accounting rules and principles; proficiency in Microsoft Suite, with advanced Excel skills and the ability to manage data effectively.
Interpersonal Skills: Proactive self-starter with the ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within the organization.
Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; resourceful, well-organized, and team-oriented.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information effectively and engage with external clients to solve problems. Interactions with external clients for presentations and problem-solving.

# **Your daily role:**

- Coordinate and monitor scheduling of all carrier appointments based on planned schedule and expectations;
- Plan required finish goods and raw material stock transfers to and from externalize warehouses;
- Create and manage carriers and customs documentations;
- Maintain inventory accuracy and support investigation and cycle count program;
- Communicate daily with the operations team to ensure needs and objectives are met while leading work planning for the site as identified by the supervisor;

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in similar role is preferred;
- Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline or equivalent knowledge and/or experience;

Position Description: Clark Builders is hiring a Foreman for a large project in Vernon. The Foreman will be responsible for supervising trade employees assigned to a particular construction discipline or work area.
Reporting to: Superintendent
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning work schedule(s) and determining and maintaining workforce requirements, material quantities, equipment requirements, etc.
- Ensure all work is completed in compliance with Clark Builders safety policies and procedures
- Identify hazards and correct any unsafe conditions
- Lead QA/QC checks and inspections
- Lead site specific orientations and tailgate meetings
- Draft and submit RFI’s
- Assume control of the site if the Superintendent is off site
- Other duties as required
- Represent Clark Builders in a professional and respectful manner
- Adhere to Clark Builders policies and procedures
Skills and Knowledge:
- The ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints and communicate this information to others
- Excellent communication, organizational and supervisory skills are essential.
- Conflict resolution
- The capability to work outside in extreme weather conditions depending on the season
Qualifications:
- Journeyperson trade certification
- 8+ years of construction experience
- Valid first aid certificate an asset
- Valid Fall Protection, CSTS 2020 and WHMIS 2015 is an asset
