What's the Opportunity:
The primary function of the Condition Monitoring Engineer is supporting the company's unique value proposition by generating high quality and actionable data and information for its industrial customers. This role works closely with product development, installation and customer support teams, as well as customers' reliability engineers. In this role, you will:
- Collect and analyze vibration and temperature data at client sites, customizing data processing to the client's asset and determining if maintenance is needed
- Perform vibration data collection, data analysis, software modeling and programming, and engineering evaluations
- Evaluate machinery health and condition, through detailed analysis of vibration data
- Develop software modelling and programs to maintain and expand vibration data analysis library to improve ability to process data
- Provide high-quality, actionable information to clients (e.g. setting appropriate alarm levels within the analytical tools to alert customers of pending failures).
- Accompany hardware installation team and recommend placement of machine condition sensing units.
- Lead and grow AssetWatch predictive maintenance (PdM) tool develop program
- Expand AssetWatch expertise in machine condition monitoring, beyond vibration analysis, to include ultrasonic analysis, oil/fluid analysis
- Work closely with the product development team to create high-valued hardware and software solutions and expanded product offerings
Qualifications:
- Minimum of five years of relevant experience with vibration data collection and analysis, ideally using FFT analyzers and predictive/preventative maintenance software. (Must demonstrate technical competence.)
- Valid ISO Category II, or higher, vibration certification preferred. Continued certification expected.
- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical fundamentals, including AC induction and DC motors
- Strong mechanical background with industrial equipment - centrifugal and reciprocating compressors, turbines, blowers, pumps, gearboxes, hydraulics, pneumatics, etc.
- Proficient with the operation of one or more analyzers measuring vibration spectra and time waveforms.
- Proficient with developing optimum corrective actions based on findings of acquired field vibration analysis data, observations and discussions with key plant personnel.
- Must be able to work on and around elevated fixed and rotating equipment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard PC applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Monitoring Specialist to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive monitoring and observability solutions across enterprise environments, including cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and on-premises infrastructure. You will play a key role in enabling performance visibility, proactive alerting, and operational excellence through automation, intelligent analytics, and scalable monitoring architectures.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain comprehensive monitoring solutions across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Build and manage scalable, secure, and highly available monitoring architectures using tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Zabbix, or similar.
- Serve as a subject matter expert to administer and maintain the security of monitoring systems, including Dynatrace APM, vRA, vROPS, Aria Operations, Aria for Logs, Aria for Networks, SolarWinds, Micro Focus, and other enterprise monitoring systems.
- Install, configure, and maintain Dynatrace and other monitoring tools within client infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of their technology stack.
- Capture method arguments for key pieces of the application and utilize Dynatrace or other monitoring platforms to provide insights into application performance, end-user experience, and infrastructure health.
- Customize Dynatrace or other platform dashboards and alerts to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other monitoring and analytics tools.
- Implement and maintain alerting, reporting, dashboarding, and capacity planning strategies to support operational excellence.
- Ensure systems comply with organizational security and compliance standards.
- Document infrastructure, configurations, and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Prometheus, Zabbix, SolarWinds, or similar).
- 3+ years of experience implementing monitoring solutions across cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and integration.
- Strong experience with automation and infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform) to streamline monitoring deployments and configurations.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure components including servers, networks, containers, and cloud services, and how to monitor them effectively.
- Experience with log aggregation and analysis tools (e.g., ELK stack, Splunk, Fluentd, or similar).
- Familiarity with container and microservices monitoring (Docker, Kubernetes, service meshes) is a strong plus.
- Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant monitoring or observability certifications (e.g., Dynatrace Associate/Professional, Splunk Core Certified User/Power User, Prometheus/Grafana training).
- Cloud certifications with a focus on monitoring and operations (e.g., AWS CloudWatch-focused tracks, Azure Monitor competencies).

Key Responsibilities:
At shop:
- Inventory management in the shop such as equipment inspection and quality check, equipment maintenance, inventory count, and organizing tools in the shop.
- In case of equipment damage or low battery life, redressing the equipment including battery change, parts replacement, checking the equipment to see if it works, etc.
- Preparing the required paperwork for shop activities such as equipment inspection and test, parts replacement, inventory count, and reporting them to the Operation Manager.
- Constant communication with the Operation Manager is vitally important to make sure that he/she is always aware of the shop status.
- Responsible for shop cleanliness, security, and any other shop related activities.
At Field:
- Complete inspection of equipment and vehicle before leaving to and after each job.
- Safe and efficient installation, retrieval and troubleshoot of surface equipment on the field.
- Constant communication with the Operations Manager to report location, and departure and arrival time.
- Reporting any problem arising in the field to the Operation Manager.
- Having all necessary certifications and preparing paperwork as required.
- Communication with Well Operator and Frac Supervisor.
- Returning and cleaning the company truck once the equipment installed or retrieved.
Education/Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must have flexible hours to be accessible 24/7 while on shift
- Some experience in oil and gas field is preferred.
- Mechanically and technologically inclined (Preferred)
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Must be able to drive long distances in remote areas
