RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Building end-to-end cloud solutions using low-level architecture documents.
- Works closely with other IT Infrastructure Specialists, Enterprise Architects and Security to design and integrate cloud and on-premises services, enabling secure operations in the cloud environment
- General administration and operational support of the Kong API Gateway data plane.
- Manage onboarding of new applications to the API gateway, including approvals for publishing APIs to the marketplace.
- Oversee and manage issuance, renewal, and revocation of digital certificates via the Venafi Trust Protection Platform.
- Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot the Venafi platform, ensuring system health, high availability, and compliance.
- Provides leadership in infrastructure migration methodologies and techniques to migrate large scale enterprise applications and services.
- Implement Infrastructure as a Code delivery pipelines using CI/CD tools and DevOps Tools
- Design and deployment of pipelines consisting of Docker, ECS, and/or EKS
- Provide expert hands-on Core AWS technologies including: IAM, ECS, EKS, VPC, ELB, KMS, S3, CloudFront, RDS, AWS-CLI. Experience working with large data sets, data lake,
- Design and provide support on AWS Data Engineering Technologies– Glue, EMR, AWS Lake formation, S3 as Data Lake, DMS, Aurora Postgres
- Practice DevOps (Expert Level) – Terraform, Jenkins, AWS Code Build, , Artifactory, AWS CloudFormation , Atlassian Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket,
- Demonstrate knowledge of Web APIs, UIs, infrastructure, data architecture, security, and new technologies and experience with Cloud API’s, streaming, metrics

- Investigate and resolve any integration issues that arise during implementation.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience working in a Software Development or IT Operational role with at least 5 years working directly in a Cloud Engineering/DevOps roles
- Proven experience and Strong knowledge of Public Cloud (AWS Preferred) in IaaS/PaaS/Serverless
- Experience deploying and managing Containers and Container Orchestration (eg. Docker and Kubernetes)
- Strong experience in Information technology, with infrastructure and platform services automation expertise.
- Extensive experience with engineering and supporting containerization technology.
- Proven experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift and Docker.
- Experience in of industry-leading open-source CI/CD pipeline tools including Confluence, Jira, Rundeck, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Spinnaker, Ansible and Terraform, etc.
- Experience in developing cloud migration patterns
- Experience with multiple programming languages such as Java, Python and PHP
- Experience and knowledge of Infrastructure security environments including cloud security
- Experience and knowledge of networking concepts
- Prior experience with information technology in a financial institution preferred.

- Bachelor’s degree within a business, computer science or equivalent experience

Requirements
What You Need to Get the Job Done
● 1–2 years of experience working with web technologies, ideally including LAMP-stack components
● Familiarity with AWS or GCP cloud environments
● Exposure to tools like Jenkins, or similar CI/CD systems
● Interest in cloud-native applications, infrastructure as code, and operational tooling
● Some knowledge of containers such as Docker or Kubernetes is an asset
● Experience with Elasticsearch or Opensearch is an asset
● Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive, fast-paced technical environment

Website & Digital Product Operations
Collaborate with the Platform Manager on web features, maintaining and prioritizing the product backlog.
Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear requirements.
Perform regular website audits to identify and resolve bugs, platform usability issues, and performance bottlenecks through testing and feedback loops.
Develop and coordinate website features and functionalities, including overseeing design, workback schedules, UAT approvals, and deployments pertaining to products, shopping lists, recipes, and meal planning.
Organize and maintain product categories and filters to improve website navigation, and user experience.
Collaborate with the marketing, content, and category management teams to plan and execute featured collections, site componentry, and seasonal campaigns.
Assign and validate mandatory item data including categories, product tags, and other digital assets.
Strategically place products on homepage, category pages, and other high-traffic areas of the website to maximize conversion and feature adoption rates.
Work closely with the content, marketing, and category management teams to ensure merchandising strategies are aligned with overall business objectives.
Support bulk uploads and data imports using spreadsheets, templates, or automated tools.
Regularly monitor website performance metrics like conversion and click through rates to improve product placement and componentry layout.
Collaborate with the Retail Media team to provide updates on product readiness in support of vendor activations.
Work closely with the technical teams to triage website issues pertaining to dataflow, category creation, and product onboarding.

What you have to offer:
3+ years of experience in e-commerce, merchandising, digital marketing, or a similar role.
Bachelor''s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, UX/UI, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira (or similar tools), and Figma.
Proficiency working with a variety of digital software, technologies, and con tent management systems like PIM, Adobe Experience Manager, WordPress, Alogia, and eDAM is a plus.
Experienced with website analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Tableau to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Basic understanding of UX principles and ability to ensure the website is easy to navigate, mobile-friendly, and aesthetically pleasing.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
Bilingual with French language is an asset
