We are looking for multiple (5) Technical Support Engineers for our client looking to build out a brand new team! This is a remote position, with a company based in Vancouver. Our client is a rapidly growing software development company.
You Have:
- Two years in IT support related field or minimum two years' experience in system (Messaging) administration preferred
- Expert knowledge of email/networking protocols (e.g.: SMTP, EWS, NRPC, IMAP, DNS, and RFCs)
- Knowledge of email collaboration platforms (e.g.: Office 365, Exchange, G-suite, Lotus Notes, GroupWise, Zimbra, etc.)
- Solid track record of troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience with Exchange Administration (or any other email collaboration platform)
- Experience using PowerShell for automation, implementation, and data extraction
- Microsoft Exchange, Google, OneDrive for Business, SharePoint, Domino / Lotus Notes migration experience a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, Office 365 (Exchange Online) strongly preferred
- Knowledge of Directory services (DirSync, AADSync, Active Directory / domains)
- Microsoft technical certifications, including the MCSE, MCSA, and prior MCITP certifications with Exchange emphasis

Responsibilities
Compliance & Governance
- Provide guidance on technical and procedural requirements to comply with SSC and TBS guardrails and playbooks.
- Ensure alignment from both implementation and documentation standpoints.
Administration & Support
- Administrate, implement, configure, and support Microsoft Azure and M365 services such as SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, Intune, and others .
- Provide technical services including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Azure and M365.
- Assist and support other IT teams with M365 and Azure service needs and integrations (e.g., Power Automate, PowerApps).
- Build PowerShell scripts or use automation tools to manage Azure and M365 configurations.
- Upgrade M365 E3 licenses to E5 , including all related configurations and tasks.
- Perform operational tasks such as reviewing access logs, managing user access (e.g., blocking/unblocking users outside Canada), and responding to IM-driven requests (e.g., retrieving and granting access to documents and folders in Azure, M365, SharePoint).
Knowledge Transfer
- Provide knowledge transfer, coaching, and/or training to PSC employees to enable them to perform similar work across the organization.
- Develop and deliver all relevant materials including change processes, risks, action items, issues, resolutions, solutions, and decisions for knowledge transfer purposes.
Documentation & Reporting
- Prepare and submit weekly timesheets, status reports, and work plans.
- Develop documentation such as requirements, feasibility studies, cost estimates, design specifications, and technical recommendations.
- Gather IT requirements, analyze information, provide recommendations, and document results.
- Analyze and recommend solution alternatives and options.

Job Description:
-Able to provide Waters NuGenesis SDMS technical support in a GMP-regulated environment.
-General working knowledge of laboratory testing processes and automation using NuGenesis SDMS
-Responsibilities include but not limited to:
-Provide Level 3 (L3) technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing SDMS and procedures that l-leverage system capabilities and meets user requirements.
-Maintain the SDMS system in a state of GMP compliance to ensure data integrity by following all related SOPs as they pertain to support duties.
-Perform SDMS maintenance tasks including: Account maintenance, periodic review of account and System Audit --Trail and server maintenance.
-Contribute to the support and maintenance of operating procedures (SOPs and Work Instructions) pertaining to SDMS by reviewing updates to documents as requested by the validation lead/system manager.
-During SDMS upgrades and/or enhancements, perform development testing and support user acceptance testing, and upgrades.
-Identify opportunities for improving SDMS functionality and performance and provide recommendations to the system manager.
-Identify opportunities for streamlining SDMS business processes to improve efficiency and compliance and provide recommendations to the system manager. .
- Provide SDMS Administration and technical support in a GMP regulated environment
- Monitor systems configuration to ensure data integrity and adherence to GMP regulations and internal policies
- Provide end-user support including troubleshooting problems at the application level (includes working with vendors to resolve issues).
- Conduct training sessions on SDMS to end-users and/or internal teams as needed
- Help to defend GXP systems audits as they relate to the above listed systems

- Administer and maintain Moodle LMS (course setup, roles, plugins, updates)
- Manage and support Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Classroom, etc.)
