About the Role:
We are seeking a refrigeration professional who is interested in transitioning to an office-based role. This position focuses on providing front-line technical support to our sales team, contractors, and customers across a wide range of our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and be comfortable addressing commercial refrigeration inquiries. In this role, you will be one of the go-to resources for technical advice, troubleshooting issues, and offering solutions related to our product offerings. You may occasionally travel to job sites to assist local refrigeration contractors with more complex challenges. Our product line includes unit coolers/evaporators, condensing units, multi-compressor distributed systems, racks, air-cooled condensers, and fluid coolers. We are looking for someone with a hands-on background in refrigeration who is ready to leverage their technical expertise in a new setting while still contributing directly to solving customer problems.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide technical support/ troubleshooting expertise for field issues by phone or other electronic means and occasionally in-person
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with our sales, contractors, and customers through open and interactive communication.
- Receive, interpret and respond to sales or customer product-related inquiries
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation
- Coordinate and participate in regular meetings with fellow team members within and across product groups
- Willingness to travel occasionally to provide on-site technical support when required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Minimum 5+ Years of Refrigeration background or related experience
- Hands-on refrigeration application knowledge or field troubleshooting experience
- Refrigeration License (313A) or Mechanical Engineering Technician Graduation Diploma or equivalent considered an asset
- Commercial Refrigeration experience is considered an asset
- Proven customer support experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products and proficient in computer use
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Possess a valid passport with the ability to travel occasionally in the U.S or in Canada

Duties & Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Management to understand the root cause of the failure, communicate and report on progress with the customer, update Customer Technical Support Cases (CTS) and ensure the technical closure of the case is recorded & validated with the customer
Organize and drive feedback to engineering and senior management for sustained product and project delivery improvement
Communicate with fellow Technical Support team members, process & controls groups to ensure cases are recorded and understood to allow uninterrupted customer service
Lead the resolution of customer complaints and issues throughout a project lifecycle
Investigate and report cases in the CTS application
Facilitate client issue resolution and participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) teams to identify & resolve systemic issues across the business
Active participation in Large Issue review meetings, responsible for the project to be completed on budget through tracking all project costs when leading complicated solutions to large issues
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of all Veolia WTS and service offerings specific to P&D/Legacy Business and related products
Please note : This role can be based in one of our offices across NORAM, or it can be 100% remotely, depending on the candidate's experience and preference. There is minimal travel required to customer sites and Veolia offices, as deemed necessary.

Be able to read and understand Process Flow Diagrams (PFD’s), Process and Instrument Drawings (P&ID’s), Electrical Drawings, Control Logic Summary Charts (CLSC) and Operating Sequence Charts (OSC)
Education & Experience
Required:
5 years’ experience with Veolia WTS systems or equivalent industry experience
5 years of client relationship management experience
Preferred:
Relevant field experience working on Veolia WTS products

Bachelor's Degree or College Diploma with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a water treatment field

Job Description
As a senior system administrator your primary responsibility is the support and delivery of technical solutions to our managed services client base. The responsibilities include technology detail architecture / design align with BRP architecture team and the integration of project work. This position requires collaboration, teamwork, and mentorship with other team members as we work together to identify, escalate, and resolve client issues. The ability to clearly and accurately record information on newly implemented client environments to maintain our knowledge base is a core requirement.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Design, install and configure servers according to industry best practices
Collaborate with architecture teams in developing IT solutions at the infrastructure level.
Manage Windows and Linux Servers, Active Directory Domain Services, VMware Servers, SAN storage and high availability systems.
Demonstrates ability to provide required maintenance and maintain system documentation.
Contribute to system continuous improvement, operations, maintenance, and monitoring
Configure, monitor, and manage Servers, Backend Software, Backup Software, Patch Management, Anti-Virus, etc.
Participates in technical research and development to promote innovation within the backend infrastructure environment
Assists project teams in technical issues
Provides support and technical assistance to operational support staff, development teams, as well as all system users if needed.
Participate incident resolution and documentation
Other duties as requested by manager dependant on operational needs
Provide off-hours on call support for critical production systems when required
Collaborate with relevant operations teams to avoid recurrent incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing improved alerts to prevent recurrence.
As a senior role, must act as a mentor of the system administrators team. This role requires a blend of strong technical skills and leadership capabilities.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area) preferred.
Managing deployments/rollouts
Managing server virtualization technologies like VMWare Server/ESX or Microsoft HyperV/Virtual Server
