**Required Skills & Experience**
+ 1-2 years of intermediate experience with backend Java application development.

Design, implement, and maintain Java-based backend systems and APIs.

Collaborate with front-end developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions.
Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, maintaining high standards for code, technical documentation and deliverables
Work in an agile development environment

Who Youll Be:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years in a Backend Development Java role with solid understanding of J2EE technologies
Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
Experience with RESTful API design and implementation
Experience writing technical documentation and software architecture
Knowledge of database design and optimization (SQL, NoSQL).
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an independent and collaborative work environment

Nice To Haves:
