*Le journalier de production a comme responsabilité d'exécuter des travaux de manutention tout en respectant les règles de sécurité. Cela consiste, entre autres, à démonter des appareils électroniques dans différents départements. Il doit maintenir en tout temps un haut niveau de qualité et de santé et sécurité. Responsabilités: · Effectuer tout travail conformément aux instructions données par son superviseur immédiat; · S’assurer que le travail exécuté rencontre les standards de qualité; · Mentionner à son supérieur immédiat tout problème relié au travail; · Travailler dans le respect des lieux et des individus; · Aider les différents départements lorsque requis. Tâches: · S’installer à sa station de travail et effectuer le travail requis (différent d’une station à l’autre); · Manier divers outils manuels et électriques: · Effectuer la division des composantes pour chaque appareil électronique et/ou effectuer le tri de composante sur le convoyeur: · Assurer une cadence adéquate, tout en gardant sa station de travail propre et sécuritaire. Exigences: · Bonne forme physique; · Être polyvalent et manuel; · Capacité de travailler dans un environnement chaud et poussiéreux; · Aptitudes à travailler en équipe; · Comprendre le français et/ou l'anglais parlé et écrit. · Porter les équipements de protection individuel (ÉPI) selon les règles : combinaison, bottes, lunettes et gants; · Secondaire 5 (un atout); · Expérience dans un milieu industriel (un atout). Working as a team, you are responsible for the daily production of quality corrugated products in a safe and efficient manner. You will demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring order specs and special requirements are accurately followed and perform quality checks according to Smurfit Westrocku2019s production requirements.
The daily physical requirements included stair climbing, repetitive heavy lifting, squatting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, stacking cardboard through various machines. Must be able to tolerate hot temperatures in the summer months.
To be considered for this position, you must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8-hours per day with a weekly rotating shift; midnights 11:00 pm - 7:00 am; afternoons 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm and days 7:00 am - 3:00 pm.
All successful applicants must be able to have satisfactory criminal background check results, pre-employment medical results and a Clear Drug Test. Smurfit Westrock pays for these services.
