What You'll Do
- Create original content—plan, shoot, light, and edit photo and video assets for campaigns, product storytelling, website, email, and paid/social channels.
- Lead end-to-end production: develop shot lists, source talent/locations, set up lighting/equipment, direct on set, and manage wrap.
- Handle post-production: retouch photography, edit video, and prepare final deliverables for multiple channels.
- Maintain high creative standards: ensure visual quality, tone, and style align with Endy's brand identity.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaign concepts and evergreen storytelling.
- Manage and organize content libraries and production assets.
- Stay on top of industry and content trends to identify fresh approaches and formats.
Who You Are
- 2–4 years in a hands-on content production role within a creative agency or in-house brand team.
- Proven expertise in professional photography(studio and lifestyle)—able to shoot, light, and edit at a brand-level standard.
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere; After Effects a plus).
- Experience with cameras, studio lighting, and post-production workflows.
- Video production/editing and motion graphic skills are a strong plus.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing polished, client-ready creative with strong visual storytelling and composition.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects on tight timelines.
- Familiarity with social-first formats and platform best practices (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta ads).

What You'll Own
The Content Creator will visit our studio/gym approximately once to twice a week to film workouts, behind-the-scenes content, client success stories, and other lifestyle footage. Once recorded, the content will be passed to our Social Media Manager for editing, posting, and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality video and photo content (workouts, classes, trainer tips, community highlights, etc.)
- Ensure a variety of shots/angles suitable for social media (Reels, TikToks, Stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute content ideas
- Deliver raw footage to our Social Media Manager promptly after each session
What You Bring

As the Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining effective and scalable training content to support our global Care and Repair operations.

- You are studying in an accredited university in your 3rd or 4th year of study working towards a bachelor's degree with some guest services experience.
