**JOB SUMMARY**
CBRE's National Marketing Team is expanding our content development strategy with the aim of connecting clients with our industry-leading data, research and outcomes in more powerful, accessible, and actionable ways. We're seeking a talented writer and skilled communicator who can play a key role in developing deliverables including blog posts, web copy, social media posts, digital magazine articles, video content and infographics.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Reports to the Manager, Media & Content.
+ Primarily focused on creating an editorial calendar and the content for use on various channels.
+ Assists in the coordination and implementation of content marketing strategies and performs research and analysis to support those strategies.
+ Able to synthesize ideas from the broader National Marketing Team and subject matter experts to create effective content.
+ Works on the production of internal communications materials, researching background material for use in executive memos and company updates.
+ Excellent written and verbal skills plus an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
+ Understand key performance indicators, track content performance and provide regular reporting on the editorial outings.
+ Have a keen eye for detail, be a proficient copy editor, enforce company standards and deliver key messaging effectively.
+ Acts as lead to execute the writing and overall content and strategy efforts of other National Marketing partners on various projects.
+ Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Mass Communications or English.
+ Minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training.
+ Real estate experience or exposure would be preferred.
+ Some technical capabilities, including search engine optimization, Adobe Creative Cloud, video editing and content management software, would be desirable.
