As a crucial member of IDC Properties, the Plumber reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor. Tasked with overseeing all plumbing requirements, the Plumber is responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of pipes, fixtures, and associated plumbing infrastructure in both residential and commercial properties.
Using blueprints, drawings, and specifications, the Plumber determines the optimal layout for plumbing systems, water supply networks, and waste and drainage systems. QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must be/have:
- Completion of Grade12 would be considered an asset
- A Plumbing Trade Certificate, preferably with an inter-provincial Red Seal; Red Seal Journeymen Plumber required.

- Proficiency in reading blueprints and specifications
- Adaptability to cross-cultural environments
