Elle tire parti de technologies de pointe et de plusieurs dcennies d'expertise dans le secteur pour faciliter le transport de marchandises l'chelle mondiale.


Aprs avoir connu une croissance fulgurante au cours des cinq dernires annes, nous sommes la recherche d'un Comptable junior soucieux du dtail pour se joindre notre quipe des finances. Ce poste consistera principalement tenir des registres financiers prcis, effectuer des rapprochements et participer aux procdures de clture de fin de mois.


Responsabilits :

Effectuer des tches comptables et de saisie de donnes cls en collaboration avec l'quipe financire.
Prparer et tenir jour les registres et la documentation comptables.
Enregistrer les dpts bancaires quotidiens ; effectuer les rapprochements bancaires, de cartes de crdit et du grand livre.
Saisir et valider les donnes financires cls ; garantir leur exactitude et leur exhaustivit.
Participer la clture de fin de mois et de fin d'anne (charges payer, rapprochements, examens des carts).
Gnrer et/ou analyser des rapports cls l'aide d'Excel et d'autres logiciels.
Rechercher, suivre et rsoudre les carts comptables ; tenir jour la documentation approprie.
Collaborer avec des quipes interfonctionnelles pour accomplir les tches assignes et amliorer les processus.


Exigences :

Licence en comptabilit, finance (ou quivalent).
Au moins 1 an d'exprience dans un poste similaire.
Solides connaissances des principes comptables gnralement reconnus (par exemple : ASPE).
Matrise de MS Office et des logiciels de comptabilit (par exemple : QuickBooks, Sage ou quivalent).
Prcision et souci du dtail.
Capacit effectuer des tches comptables et de tenue de registres de base.
Got pour le travail en quipe.
Sens de l'organisation, capacit mener plusieurs tches de front et travailler dans un environnement dynamique.

Junior Accountant

After experiencing tremendous growth over the last 5 years, we are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will focus on maintaining accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, and support month-end close procedures.


Key Responsibilities

  • Perform key accounting and data entry tasks alongside the finance team.
  • Prepare and maintain accounting records and documentation.
  • Post daily bank deposits; perform bank, credit card, and GL reconciliations.
  • Enter and validate key financial data; ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end close (accruals, reconciliations, variance reviews).
  • Generate and/or analyze key reports using Excel and other software.
  • Research, track, and resolve accounting discrepancies; maintain proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete assigned tasks and improve processes.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in accounting, finance (or similar).
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (ex: ASPE).
  • Competency in MS Office and Accounting Software (ex: QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform core accounting and record keeping tasks.
  • Enjoys collaborating in a team environment.
  • Well organized, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

  • Soutenir les opérations d’achats quotidiennes, y compris la coordination avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
  • Analyser les besoins d’approvisionnement en collaboration avec les différents départements et proposer les meilleures options d’achat.
  • Générer et passer les bons de commande en temps opportun, en assurant leur conformité avec les procédures de l’entreprise.
  • Effectuer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs afin de garantir les livraisons dans les délais, tout en réglant rapidement tout problème ou retard.
