Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d’un Acheteur junior pour rejoindre notre équipe et épauler le responsable des achats. L’Acheteur junior participera activement à l’ensemble du processus d’achat, de la gestion des fournisseurs jusqu’au suivi des livraisons, tout en assurant le respect des coûts et des délais. La personne sera également appelée à prêter main forte pour divers projets et tâches ponctuelles.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

• Soutenir les opérations d’achats quotidiennes, y compris la coordination avec les fournisseurs et les équipes internes.
• Analyser les besoins d’approvisionnement en collaboration avec les différents départements et proposer les meilleures options d’achat.
• Générer et passer les bons de commande en temps opportun, en assurant leur conformité avec les procédures de l’entreprise.
• Effectuer le suivi des commandes auprès des fournisseurs afin de garantir les livraisons dans les délais, tout en réglant rapidement tout problème ou retard.
• Suivre les paiements et dates d’échéance, particulièrement pour les commandes effectuées à l’international.
• Maintenir des registres exacts et à jour des achats, prix, fournisseurs et niveaux d’inventaire dans les systèmes (Asana, FileMaker).
• Collaborer avec le service des comptes fournisseurs pour autoriser et valider les paiements.
• Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus d’approvisionnement et identifier des opportunités d’optimisation.
• Appuyer le directeur sur d’autres projets du département des Opérations.

Compétences et qualifications requises

Compétences

• Excellente attention aux détails et rigueur dans la gestion des dossiers.
• Capacité à prioriser et gérer efficacement plusieurs responsabilités simultanément.
• Solides compétences en organisation, analyse et résolution de problèmes.

Qualifications

• Diplôme en administration, gestion de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, logistique ou dans un domaine connexe.
• 1 à 2 ans d’expérience pertinente en achats, approvisionnement ou rôle similaire (préféré).
• Expérience dans un milieu industriel, manufacturier ou dans l’éclairage, un atout.
• Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office, particulièrement Excel.
• Compréhension de base des systèmes MRP ou ERP.
• Familiarité avec Asana ou d’autres outils de gestion de projet, un atout.
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) requis.

This candidate is responsible for completing detailed reviews of compilation engagements and ensuring they meet the standards of CSRS 4200 and assisting with preparing and monitoring assurance engagements (review and audits).
Key responsibilities:
  * Preparation of compilation engagements, ensuring they are complete and meet the standards
  * Assist with preparing and monitoring assurance engagements (review and audits)
  * Ensure engagement is set up properly (correct engagement type, pre-acceptance and knowledge of client completed)
  * Prepare engagement letter for partner to sign
  * Detailed review of T1 personal tax returns an asset (but not required)
  * Ensure files are completed in a timely manner and on time
  * Preparation of tax and information returns
  * Prioritizing and budgeting time, documenting work performed and communicated

Skills and Requirements
- 1-3 years public accounting experience
- CPA member in good standing or working towards CPA
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, follow direction and learn quickly
- Detail oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills
- Interact and communicate with clients and fellow staff members
- Experience with QuickBooks, Sage/Simply, Tax Cycle or CaseWare is beneficial
