We are looking for a Junior field service technicians, based in GTO We’re Raeyco Lab Equipment Systems Management- A Trescal company. We are industry leaders when it comes to repair, maintenance, calibrations, qualifications, and service for multiple types of laboratory and medical equipment. Come join our team! Junior Field Service Technician As Junior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing installation, preventative maintenance, calibrations, certifications, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing industry related equipment at customer locations. You will inspect and test the operation of biomedical and lab equipment and systems to diagnose faults using electronic testing devices and precision measuring instruments. You will repair and adjust instrument components, such as sensors, transmitters, and controllers. You will troubleshoot, remove, and replace defective parts and run tests to ensure the systems are working properly. You will be responsible for resolving first line customer service issues. Providing technical support and solutions for our customers. You will also provide service, test and calibration reports to our customers and maintain accurate records in our online system. A successful technician should have strong electronic and mechanical aptitude and is able to troubleshoot, inspect, test, install, calibrate, qualify, and maintain equipment. Minimum Qualifications * Minimum 2-year college diploma or degree in Engineering, Electronics, Instrumentation, or equivalent education and experience in a technical or field service role. * Able to do physical work that involves lifting and carrying heavy equipment; standing, kneeling, and bending regularly. * Overnight travel may be required to maximize efficiency while performing regular duties * Ability to travel within Canada and the U.S. * Must be legally entitles to work in Canada * Must have a vehicle ( Crossover or SUV). * Must have a valid driver’s license. Preferred but not required Qualifications * Instrumentation and control * Metrology * Experience working with HPLC, GC & Mass Spec. * Experience working with Biological Safety Cabinets and clean rooms * Experience working on ultra-low freezers and/or environmental chambers. * Relevant experience in a regulated environment What we offer: * Competitive pay. * RRSP matching program - after probation period * Extended benefits * Generous car allowance and km pay * Training on the job

Role Overview: As a Calibration Technician, your focus is clear: achieve 100% customer satisfaction through routine maintenance and on-demand service calls. In this pivotal role, you'll conduct equipment calibration, testing, qualification, and both preventative and predictive maintenance of laboratory and biomedical equipment. Responsibilities: - Identify and rectify out-of-specification conditions through adjustments, component replacements, and correction factors. - Calibrate, adjust, and repair instrument components such as sensors, transmitters, and controllers. - Troubleshoot, replace defective parts, and conduct tests to ensure proper system functionality. - Provide technical support and solutions to our valued customers. - Generate service, test, and calibration reports, maintaining accurate records in compliance with Raeyco's Quality Management System (QMS). Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess: * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a regulated manufacturing environment. * Degree in science or electronics, or a combination of education and experience. * Familiarity with relevant equipment such as balances, pipettes, temperature & humidity calibrations, centrifuges, incubators. * Adherence to company policies, SOPs, Quality and Safety Programs, and relevant standards and regulations. * Proficiency in computer usage and effective communication. * Detail-oriented nature and excellent time management skills. * Team-oriented attitude, contributing to a collaborative environment. * Physical capability for lifting, carrying, and performing tasks that involve standing, kneeling, and bending. * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. Preferred Qualifications: * Strong electronic and mechanical aptitude. * Knowledge of equipment calibration, applications, troubleshooting, repairs, and optimization. * Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
