What You'll Do
As a Lead Generation Specialist at Maneva, you'll play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by sourcing and qualifying high-quality leads across the manufacturing and industrial sectors. Working closely with Account Executives and Directors, you will execute outreach campaigns, conduct targeted research, and use best-in-class tools to connect with potential customers.
Your goal is to generate a steady stream of weekly opportunities and meetings while contributing to a data-driven go-to-market strategy. This role requires strong communication, cold calling ability, and organizational skills to succeed in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Location : Remote
Compensation
Compensation includes an entry level base salary and performance-based commissions aligned with lead generation and pipeline contribution goals.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify a minimum of 50 high-quality leads per week
- Conduct 150+ outbound cold calls weekly to prospective customers
- Collaborate with Account Executives and Directors to develop outreach strategies and identify priority accounts
- Use tools such as Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce to identify contacts, manage outreach, and maintain CRM accuracy
- Support outbound sequences with tailored emails, follow-ups, and appointment setting
- Research target accounts in manufacturing and related sectors to uncover key stakeholders and business needs
- Document outreach activities, response rates, and learnings to help improve future campaigns
- Maintain a structured, repeatable lead generation process that aligns with company growth goals
What We’re Looking For
Must-Haves
- 1+ years of experience in lead generation or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)
- Proven track record as a top-performing SDR or BDR
- Strong cold calling and outbound communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with modern sales tools (e.g., Apollo, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Understanding of or interest in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or factory operations
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), including writing custom outreach emails and coordinating with internal stakeholders
- Familiarity with go-to-market strategy and campaign execution
- Exposure to the manufacturing tech ecosystem or SaaS sales
- Experience working in a startup or fast-growing tech environment

Job Title: Member Engagement Specialist
Location: Kleinburg, ON
Reports To: General Manager
At KidStrong Kleinburg, were looking for a confident, people-first Member & Lead Engagement Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced, family-centered environment. This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background who can build trust quickly, close leads confidently, and help us grow our KidStrong Kleinburg community. Youll be the first point of contact for families, guiding them from first inquiry to long-term membership, while supporting daily operations and contributing to a positive team culture.
Schedule:
- Weekends: 8:30 AM 4:00 PM
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM 8:00 PM
- 2030 hours per week on average
- Evening and weekend availability is required
What Youll Do:
Sales & Lead Management
- Own the lead journey from initial inquiry to membership sign-up
- Respond to inbound leads and follow up with prospects using tools like Podium and GloFox
- Conduct in-person tours, calls, and follow-ups to drive conversions
- Clearly communicate membership options and help families find the right fit
- Track sales performance, lead pipeline, and trial conversions
- Represent KidStrong at local events and community activations
- Be the face of KidStrong for new and prospective families
- Build strong relationships with families to drive referrals and retention
- Member Engagement: Resolve concerns and questions with clarity and care
- Ensure a clean, welcoming, and on-brand environment at all times
- Collaborate with the General Manager and coaches to ensure strong execution of daily operations
- Help maintain consistency in branding, cleanliness, and service
- Support training of part-time staff on the KidStrong experience and sales process
- Experience in a sales-focused role, ideally with high-touch service or membership-based sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- A welcoming, confident presence with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Tech-savvy with CRM and lead management platforms (GloFox, Podium, HubSpot, or similar)
- Bonus: Background in fitness, coaching, education, or early childhood a plus
- Must have or be willing to obtain Standard First Aid & CPR-C and a Vulnerable Sector Check

We want to do great things; we need your help As our new Lead Railway Track Specialist, you’ll build, develop, and manage a team of track specialists (3-4) who will offer consultation services on a number of design projects.
