Commission-Only Recruiter – Canada (Legal, Tech, Web3)

Remote | Flexible Hours | High Commission | Bilingual (FR/EN) a Strong Asset

Who We Are

Inner Circle Agency is a boutique recruitment firm based in Montreal, specializing in legal, administrative, and executive assistant placements. We're also expanding into tech and Web3 across Canada and the U.S.

We focus on long-term placements, real relationships, and a collaborative approach to recruitment. If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for more autonomy, solid commissions, and a team that values quality over volume, we’d love to connect.

The Role

This is a commission-only position, ideal for recruiters or independent consultants who want:

  • Full control over their schedule

  • Commission of up to 30% depending on volume

  • No micromanagement

  • A supportive brand and tools to help you close

  • Collaboration without internal politics

You’ll have the freedom to focus on the industries and roles you’re confident in: legal, admin, tech, or others. Bilingual recruiters are especially welcome, as we support many clients in Quebec and across Canada.

Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing full-cycle recruitment mandates ( Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships and more)

  • Working on assigned roles or developing your own client relationships

  • Collaborating with the ICA team to share resources and insights

  • Working at your own pace, with support when you need it

Who You Are
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (agency or internal)

  • Based in Canada and legally authorized to work

  • Independent, accountable, and comfortable working solo

  • Skilled in both client and candidate management

  • Strong communicator with a sense of ownership

  • Entrepreneurial mindset — you’re building a long-term practice

  • Bilingual (French/English)? That’s a major asset

What We Offer
  • Commission-only structure with up to 40% payout

  • Full flexibility, remote work from anywhere in Canada

  • Access to tools, templates, and backend support (CRM, contracts, etc.)

  • Brand visibility and a collaborative team environment

  • Opportunity to grow your presence while working under a trusted banner
