Remote | Flexible Hours | High Commission | Bilingual (FR/EN) a Strong Asset
Who We Are
Inner Circle Agency is a boutique recruitment firm based in Montreal, specializing in legal, administrative, and executive assistant placements. We're also expanding into tech and Web3 across Canada and the U.S.
We focus on long-term placements, real relationships, and a collaborative approach to recruitment. If you’re an experienced recruiter looking for more autonomy, solid commissions, and a team that values quality over volume, we’d love to connect.

No micromanagement
A supportive brand and tools to help you close
Collaboration without internal politics

Please note: candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada and based in Canada full-time.
What You’ll Be Doing
Managing full-cycle recruitment mandates ( Sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing candidate relationships and more)

Based in Canada and legally authorized to work
Independent, accountable, and comfortable working solo
Skilled in both client and candidate management
Strong communicator with a sense of ownership
