We are seeking a Systems Analyst to join our Core Lending Platform team. This role plays a key part in designing scalable solutions, supporting development efforts, and ensuring system changes meet business, quality, and architectural standards. The ideal candidate is a critical thinker with hands-on experience in financial systems, strong database and programming knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

What will you be doing?

  • Design system interfaces and solutions across loan management systems (LMS).
  • Conduct code and design reviews to identify bugs and improve code quality.
  • Provide design and system analysis for application development, data migrations, and new functionality.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts to create system requirement specifications and design artifacts.
  • Work with onshore and offshore development teams to implement projects.
  • Ensure compliance with design and corporate development standards.
  • Partner with software architects and developers to resolve technical issues.
  • Review test protocols and support QA and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Identify risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Propose creative and scalable technology solutions.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with technical and business stakeholders.
  • Contribute to application roadmap development and promote technology best practices.
  • Provide Level 2 / Level 3 technical support for business applications, including after-hours on-call support.

What experience do you have?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server and proficiency in SQL / PLSQL.
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and experience in application development (preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting within applications and resolving technical issues.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including Jira and Confluence.
  • Experience in Salesforce design and architecture is an asset.
  • Knowledge of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) and technologies such as JavaScript and XML is preferred.

About the position

As an Associate Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily credit operations on an assigned accounts receivable portfolio comprised of low to high-risk accounts with various credit limits in various supply markets throughout Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers and analyzes financial information, credit reports, public debt ratings and other data,

  • Performs daily monitoring of credit exposure, recommending and implementing solutions to appropriately handle customers who exceed their established credit limits, cease operations, or are involved in litigation or bankruptcy,

  • Determines alternative sales methods if open credit cannot be approved, including negotiating collateral such as personal & corporate guarantees, bank standby and/or documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees,

  • Maintains customer relationships to facilitate collections,

  • Recommends customer credit limits within company guidelines for new and existing customers,

  • Prepares reports such as aging reports, customer exposure reports, accounts requiring a credit review report, or other credit-related reports,

  • Requests and communicates wording for incoming bank letters of credit, personal/corporate guarantees and other security documents,

  • Monitors security instruments such as guarantees, letters of credit and any form of security received from customers to ensure timely renewal and execution,

  • Engages with Internal and External customers to help resolve credit-related issues,

  • Negotiates credit terms in partnership with Marketing within the company’s credit policy,

  • Supports Marketing and Management by providing credit and customer account information as requested,

  • Reviews accounts receivable reports, collects, reconciles, analyzes payment habits of customers, and recommends action such as changes to the payment terms, credit limits, and/or security instruments,

  • Assist in the process of printing/distribution of checks,

  • Ensure compliance of assigned monthly and quarterly RCTS/Audit controls,

  • Confers with representatives of third-party partners to exchange information concerning credit,


Qualifications
  • University degree in Accounting or Finance,

  • 1 - 2 years of accounting, finance, or related experience is preferred.,

About the position

As an Associate Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for the daily credit operations on an assigned accounts receivable portfolio comprised of low to high-risk accounts with various credit limits in various supply markets throughout Canada.

Responsibilities

  • Gathers and analyzes financial information, credit reports, public debt ratings and other data,

The Credit Analyst is an integral member of the Finance team for the ES Canada business. This role helps oversee the entire credit lifecycle of a client, making decisions from the on-boarding process through to monitoring accounts on an ongoing basis.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**

**Case Resolution**
· Ensure all case management and documentation is accurate and in accordance with preset SLAs. Review and oversight on use of current ADP CRM Tool.
· Assist in the management of entire credit lifecycle of clients
· Lead in delivering and performing historical trend and ratio analysis, assesses cash flow, industry risks and any other risk factors to provide risk assessments and recommended actions
· Assist on escalations from Sales, Banking, Implementation and Service Delivery; provide directions while ensuring compliance with ADP Canada Credit Risk Policy and Risk Matrix Business Initiatives.
**Relationship Management**
· Interact with Senior Sales Leaders, District Managers and Sales Representatives to gather information relative to a customer being analyzed including communication of credit decisions
