**Job Description:**
**Job Type:** Part-Time - Permanent

**Workdays:** Monday to Friday-5:00PM to 9:00 PM
**Shift Duration:** 3-5 hours per day * **(Flexibility is required with both the start and finish times).**

**Responsibilities and Duties:**
+ Load and unload packages into package delivery vehicles and trailers
+ Learn and properly execute company-established package handling methods
+ Sort and stock packages based on postal codes
**Qualifications:**
+ Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. (35kg)
+ Full availability to work Monday to Saturday
+ Ability to read and memorize postal codes
+ Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

**Compensation and Benefits:**

**Role Requirements** **:**
+ Strategic negotiation, and lifecycle management of a large number of procurement contracts under their scope. They will define and implement commercial strategies to ensure the best business outcomes using Strategic Sourcing Process' tools, templates and policies developed by Global Procurement.
+ Perform supplier market analysis, category analysis, and supply risk analysis, and develop Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) understanding, as well as the map of how sourcing process and channels work within the locally managed category (at NiM level) and identify improvements to be targeted.
+ Prepare and execute negotiation events seeking best TCO contracts and beneficial commercial agreements with suppliers for the locally managed categories (at NiM level)

**Trial and Site Administration**

+ Ensures that all study documents are ready for final archiving and completion of local part of the eTMF.
**Regulatory and Site Start Up Responsibilities**
+ Ensures timely submission of application/documents to EC/IRB at start up and for the duration of the study. Works together with Regulatory Affairs to ensure timely delivery of application/documents for submissions to Regulatory Authority for the duration of the study, and in line with local regulations.
+ Ensures relevant systems required to facilitate business critical, license to operate activities (for example, Safety Reporting, Regulatory submissions, Clinical Trial Transparency) are set-up, updated and access is organized at country level.
**Budgeting, Agreements and Payments**

Service Documentation - Creates and verifies customer, equipment and technical information; captures specific data using required service tools; follows procedures and documents required information in the service management system in order to have an accurate record of the work done.
Technical Escalation - Obtains product technical issue information and utilizes available resources including data management tools; elevates issues to a higher level of expertise, balancing timeliness of customer response with investigation efforts; captures all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database in order to ensure seamless transitions and accurate response to ticket resolution in a timely manner.

The Local QSHE Manager (LQM) oversees implementation and continuous improvement of Kuehne + Nagel's Integrated Management System across assigned business units. The role ensures compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, Environmental, Security, and Dangerous Goods regulations, meeting internal and external requirements. It includes managing DG risks, ensuring audit readiness, and supporting regulatory compliance. The LQM acts as a governance lead and business partner, influencing operations without direct authority.
**Management Review & Performance Governance**
+ Participate in Annual Management Reviews
+ Align Global, Regional, National, and Client targets
+ Track and monitor action plans
**Integrated Management System**
+ Lead IMS implementation, maintenance, and improvement across sites, covering:
+ Quality, Security, Health & Safety, Environment, and Dangerous Goods
+ Ensure compliance with KN standards and regulations (e.g., GxP, ISO)
+ Drive effectiveness through KPIs, audits, TIPs, CAPA, and reviews
**Quality Management and Compliance**
+ Oversee QMS, including:

**What we would like you to bring**
+ University or college degree in Occupational Health, Environmental Science, or Safety Engineering
